I’m 100 percent doing the pancake thing for breakfast… but I’m going to add a scoop of vanilla protein powder and I’m going to make a compote fruit topping from frozen strawberries and blueberries with cinnamon to go on top for a bit healthier version. I think I will go make the compote now and put in it the fridge for a quicker breakfast!

We make a variation of this recipe on our Blackstone alot using Beef Kielbasa as the meat and then adding in fresh spinach with the cherry tomatoes and veggies. It is such a fantastic and easy way to make a delicious meal using only the griddle.
I’ve made this in my blackstone but instead of that Parmesan sauce, try a log of goat cheese! Particularly the garlic herb goat cheese that Aldi has, trust me it’s amazing!

Ok, my fair story: (I have always gotten motion sickness but I wanted so badly to be able to ride the rides) So I got on the "octopus". The whole ride goes around and up and down and the cups go around separately...what was I thinking!!! So in the middle of the ride I throw up and you could hear people below yelling bad things at whoever threw up all over them. Nope, never again! Hope this is not TMI on a cooking show!!!
