A very nice little leisurely paddle on a nice day equals...... priceless. Perfect day out. Glad to see you. You look great as usual, so I assume you’re heathy in this pandemic era of our lives. Enjoyed every bit of it. Congratulations on your teaching the course you created. I’ve said it before, you’re such a wonder. Well, until we meet again Miss Christina. Stay healthy, happy and safe out there. Cheers!!
Thank you. Good to hear from you. I am healthy and doing well. Hope the same for you. The course was a monster. Now at 118 videos and 5 hours running time. I hope it helps people get out more safely. That is my wish. Stay safe and thanks for watching and commenting. Cheers !
I love that area always nice to travel that way, Georgian bay is beautiful always on both sides of the lake . One day soon hope to have a get away place around Georgian bay area, thinking of Wiarton. as then i will have Lake Huron as well. I love crown camping . your program will help a lot of people about back country camping. and being safe . lasagna look awesome Mmmm
Hi Christina glad to see you back on the water. We were getting tired of your cooking lol just kidding but seeing you on the water is refreshing coming out of winter and with Covid its like a breath of fresh air to see. It feels like seeing the first plant bursting out of the ground in the spring. We are a week from moving from our Toronto house that we sold to our new place in Kawartha Lakes and hope to get on the water soon since camping seems to be on hold for awhile. We find it amazing how many followers you have since we just finished our first year of videos and hope to do more this year and every new subscriber seems like a challenge. Anyway Christina hope to see more soon and be safe.
Thanks for the comment. You have to keep posting consistently even if it’s cooking videos although I’ve also had a lot of winter adventures mixed in and in addition I created 118 videos over the past 5 months for the backcountry camping course I created. You’re lucky you got cooking videos! Haha. As for growing TH-cam I have posted a video every single week sometimes two for the last five years. It takes a lot of commitment to grow your channel unless you’re really hot, have a cute dog, or show a lot of skin LOL. Or all of the above combined will get you lots of views . 🤣🤣🤣 congrats on your move. I hope it goes well. Cheers !
Just watched on the big screen with a fire going and a plate of wings... I have to say it doesn’t get any better than that ! I’m soo going to do this paddle, as you’ve made it so easy for all of us with maps and pointers and needed info. None of us have any excuses not to go enjoy this route. Thank you Christina
I don't know if you had to reupload or not but my comment is gone so I wanted to comment again. I know when we had to reupload one of our videos, we lost all of our comments. Must be nice to be back on the water. Love those rocky shores! I love to watch ducks of all kinds.... Great video, Christina!!
Yes I did lose all my comments and I’m sorry about that. I couldn’t leave the video up. It had errors in it and it just didn’t feel right. It took 37 hours to re-upload and I just barely made it this morning. I am really glad you enjoyed the video enough to comment twice. Thank you so much for your understanding. Cheers!
You have mastered the key to enjoying the dehydrated meals, always use long utensils so you don’t have to reach in the bag. Thanks for bringing us along, be well my friend. And yes, the clear deep water is beautiful.
Heading up to the French/Bad River next weekend for a few days- hopefully I will get out in the kayaks for some good day trips. Haven't been out in the kayaks yet (quick trips in and work weekends). I'm checking out Hardy Lake for some day hikes in the future. Thanks for posting your videos/trips!
I love your open water videos, especially your Georgian bay ones as I live in Parry Sound. You should visit lake Superior some time. You would absolutely love it. Some really nice paddles are in Lake Superior Provincial Park and Pukaskwa National Park.
Thank you so much for the kind words and for checking out my video. I would love to go to Lake superior but I don’t have that much time to spend driving that far, especially when I have so many wonderful places so close to home. Maybe one day? Cheers ! 😊
It’s ok. I haven’t been camping since November because I was working on my course so I’m fine with it. I would rather people stay home so we can get this over with and get out in the summer time. I have lots of places I can go paddling and be outside in the meantime. Thanks so much for watching. Good to hear from you again. Cheers!
Sorry no idea. I just found the launch by googling public launches in Muskoka. It’s a very small lot and was almost full with the 7 or 8 cars there. If you find out please lmk. Cheers !
@@CamperChristina Thanks so much for the update. Have you launched from dillons marina near franklin island? Gonna try that and Payne’s marine up by shawanaga. Looks nice! Hope you thaw soon🚣♀️🏕🥃
Christina, if you can find the time, which I understand you're so busy. If like you to tell the project you're working on please. I had an interruption and missed the name of it. I know you said you have I've 121 videos abs quizzes with. I'm interested to see what you were able to put together. I enjoy your videos.
Hi Dennis. The project was announced two weeks ago and is online now. It is a course called backcountry camping for beginners and teaches new people and people who are interested how to camp in the backcountry. The video is in my TH-cam video list if you go to newest sort, it is the third one down and you can also click here to see it. I always find time to reply to every message I get when I possibly can and I am happy to help if I’m able to. Cheers bit.ly/3dLfzHI
We like your videos, keep them going. What type of camera do you use? We started a youtube channel about 3 months. We did one of our videos about camping in Algonquin park, but can’t get the number of views you get.
Thank you. I have had my TH-cam channel up almost 5 years & I’ve published a minimum of one video every week since then. It takes a lot of work, a lot of patience and a lot of dedication. You’ll get there but takes time. I do all my filming with an iPhone 7. Cheers!
@@CamperChristina great to hear from you, thanks for getting back to me. Yes, it will take time. If you get a chance, check out our Algonquin video, love to hear what you think. Forgot to ask you, what video editing software do you use? Thanks.
Yup. The glory of making videos. Lol. But I also used the return footage at the end. The section where you see me paddling later on, I actually set up the camera twice before that and it didn’t record which is where I lost all that time on my way to the lunch spot. Such is life. Hope you enjoyed the video. 😊😊😊
So nice to see you out on the water again Christina 👍😉😃
Thank you
Lovely to see you out and about again, Christina and a lovely area to paddle in.
Thank you. I hope you are well. Cheers !

If I was a novice tripper, I would definitely take your courses!
Thanks Lisa. I appreciate that. Cheers
Boy...what a nice quiet peaceful paddle that was. Made me just wanna have a nap! Thanks Chris.
You’re very welcome. Thanks for watching. Glad you enjoyed it. Cheers
You have to keep these paddling videos coming. Love the scenery and the wildlife. I can't wait to pitch the tent and stoke the fire 🔥. Take care.
I’ll do my best. Thanh’s for watching and commenting. Cheers!

@@CamperChristina yeah you make a good point as it is a very long drive. You do have some very cool areas in your backyard, ENJOY!
Great first outing Christina. Wishing you a safe and adventure-packed season.
Forgot to add that I am loving your course. Well done!
Im so jealous! Im patiently waiting until May 15th - hoping my first trip of the year won't get cancelled 🤞
I guess one of my has. Not much we can do. I’ll do my best to get you out virtually in the meantime via paddling. Cheers
Good to see you getting back out in nature. Bummer about how closed up Canada is now.
