Eve Online has been going since 2003, they have upgraded their hardware and software over the years. It was actually a big problem because the old code was not as standardized as it is today. At one point they updated the way the ingame chat worked and it affected how the drones worked.
Also as an interesting note on cart (trolley) technology when I brought a trolley inside the shop this week the wheel locked abruptly and the securitiy guard pointed a remote at it to unlock it, I've never seen that before

As someone from Vancouver, we also call them popcorn seeds. It's 100% a geographical thing. Before they are in a popcorn bag, they are kernels. But when they are in a popcorn bag, we often call them popcorn seeds. You're welcome, Andrew, I got your back. ❤️
As far as street view goes, you can change the date of what you're viewing. Usually a populated area will have like, 10 different years at least these days. So you can incorporate whether or not you want to use that as a part of the game.
Adam Sandler's Mr. Deeds was not a spiritual successor, it was a (loose) remake. A lot of the key points are pretty much identical, the main character of both is named Longfellow Deeds, they're both from Mandrake Falls (Vermont in the original, New Hampshire in the remake,) they both own a fairly mundane business (in the 1936 version it's a tallow works, in the 2002 version it's a pizzaria) and they both write greeting card poetry in their free time. Even Winona Ryder's character is exactly the same. They did make some changes to modernize it (having Sandler's character falsely institutionalized for manic depression wouldn't play as well in 2002) but it is intended as a remake.
I really sympathise with Geoff with his tmj. I had alot of issues which the dentist thought was TMJ but after a year of back and forth with doctors and dentists it turns out it was Trigeminal neuralgia which is way worse. I'm on heavy meds and have an emergency painkillers that have so many posible side effects including addiction, halucinations and the rare chance of death. Fun times...

There was fibrous adhesion all around it pointing to it being there for awhile.
