AUGUST 20th, 2024 LOGISTICS UPDATES FROM THE ICF:
• Fewer total items and an expanded, 10-minute break midway through the exam.
• Enhanced presentation of exam items for easier processing and navigation, including on translated forms of the exam where users will see and answer exam items in their preferred language and may opt to use English language aids as a supplement.
• Expanded score reports for candidates who require an exam retake with feedback on performance across each exam domain, empowering candidates with information to guide additional study and preparation.
Candidates will also have complimentary access to a new ICF Credentialing Exam online tutorial. The tutorial is an interactive simulation of the Pearson VUE testing platform where candidates can practice exam navigation and other features, as well as answer sample questions.

To date, the coaches who graduated from our PCC level Two training have a 100% first-time pass rate. As of today the ICF report states the global pass rate averages 75%. The 100% pass rate includes the previous exam CKA, which we will also discuss today.
If you are trained at the PCC level, this tutoring may be enough, depending on the program you graduated from. Level Two programs with a strong CC focus will naturally foster a higher pass rate. If your school did not have a heavy emphasis, and after this video, you still aren’t clear on the distinctions we pose, there is an option to receive private tutoring. A private tutor will help you quickly identify any gaps.
It is also important to note: If you didn’t attend a Level Two PCC program, As of today, the ICF is piloting an ACC level one version of the exam. If you graduated from a Level One program, or had any large gaps in your coaching education, this tutorial may be supplemented with private tutoring of the Core Competencies just to ensure you go into the exam feeling fully equip.

The testing center offered noise-cancelling headphones. You would want to check the closest testing center to see what yours offers. Hope this helps!
