    Crazy to think that him and Randy Moss were high school teammates.. that's 2 professional level athletes on the same basketball team. They had to of been a really good team.

    He was born 20 years too soon. His style was meant for this wide open run-n-gun era currently.
    He was forced to temper his creativity and play a more traditional game in the NBA because that's the way things were back then.

    • @Chris-kk6cw
      @Chris-kk6cw ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You need a shot to play in today’s NBA

    I was definitely happy he got a ring in 2006.

      It's also beyond me how he never get called up for USAB team during his peak as well. USA Bball squad had major problem during mid 2000s and he never got a chanced he deserved to. He could've had been what Jason Kidd do for team USA, a great playmaker to keep USA going forward even though he didn't got a credit where it is due.

      @@ytanonymity3585 As far as I'm concerned, you don't dream about winning world titles overseas as a kid with USA basketball, you dream about NBA championships and hoisting that Larry O Brian up. That's just an optional summer camp for star NBA players.

    • @ytanonymity3585
      @ytanonymity3585 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@curiouslymavismade don't be closed minded & short sighted dude. International game has better rule set & faster. The medal is actually more valuable. I was sad when J Will did never got called up in 2006 and they lost it

    • @curiouslymavismade
      @curiouslymavismade 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@ytanonymity3585 They don't put people in the Naismith HOF for international championships. Now if your from overseas trying to get to the NBA, that's a whole different story. Tony Parker won French League Championships and Jokic won a championship in Serbia. If I can't go to the NBA, give me G-League or gym ball. I don't want nothing else.

    • @curiouslymavismade
      @curiouslymavismade 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ytanonymity3585 I wouldn't even play USA basketball. They got Drew League in California, I'm going there.

    Damn, we could've had seen White Chocolate shine on the street and being another best white streetballer like Professor, but instead he'd choose to play in the NBA while Professor staying and went forward with a streetball game

      Professor tried but only made it to the equivalent of what is now the G League. Respect tho that he was good enough to make the G League. Most hoopers will never make it that far…
