Summer bedtime is always a bit later due to playing outside but naps remain the same. My kids tend to sleep in a bit during the summer as well. Dinner time always varies during the summer depending on what we are doing that day. Sometimes it is pb and j sandwiches in the driveway 😂
We always keep the same routine in the summer, our kids are older (6 and 9). Since my husband an I both work, my kids have to go to camp and have to get up early anyway 😊

Wow you just brought me back to my childhood. I had the exact same Mother Goose Nursery Rhymes book. 🤗 I loved it! When my daughter was a baby I found one just like mine so we had both of them on her bookshelf. We have spent many many hours of time over the years reading from them. 🤗👨👧💗📚😘
Have the kids always gone to bed this early? My 2 yr old has gone to bed at 8 her whole life. Just what worked for us but I've always wondered if she isn't getting enough sleep cause so many other people have their kids go to bed at like 6. She normally wakes up about 6:30-7 in the morning and at least an hour nap around lunch time.
I was wondering if you tried making breastmilk soap for Ella! My 7 month old started to have flares up and I thought it was an allergy but it was just a Little eczema flare up I made him breastmilk soap and I swear in 2 days It looked like nothing ever happened!! It’s the easiest hint to make and I still have extra bars I wash him with just Incase ! It took no longer then 5 minutes to make it’s just waiting for it to cool down but it was a life saver!!!
Is Carter potty trained? My son just turned 3 and won't go. He did go potty sometimes before I had my 2nd baby but it's been months and months and hes won't do it now. I have literally done everything to entice him and tried all different things do you have any tips?

We've made it a priority for the summer to take our 2 year old outside for at least an hour a day. That's how my husband and I have changed our summer/spring routine.
I love him singing the muffin man!!!!! Please do a mommy nighttime routine. I'm a 41 year old momma and my youngest is 10, then 17 and my oldest is 20. I love watching you young mommas with your babies, it brings back so many amazing memories from when mine were little tiny!!❤️😍
Hahah Chris night time routine scratch butt and watch tv hahaha hats so my husband he’s currently sleeping on the house we didn’t even finish cleaning the dishes and kitchen tonight our kids also go down early but more so around 7:30 pm

You can get him wow butter or sun butter in replace of peanut butter. My 5 year old cant have it at school so she takes that instead and she can’t tell the difference. She even ask for wow butter and jelly for school and peanut butter and jelly for home. I get mine from Walmart

My three yr old thinks you can't go to bed with the sun out. However no I won't let her stay up past 9 even on the weekend. My 2 yr old likes going to bed around 8 if I am running behind he will ask to go to bed no later then 8:30.

I found your channel while searching for crock pot recipes. I am an older lady with grown kids and grand kids. Your kids are beautiful and little Ella with her wiggly personality is so precious. Good job co parenting and working as a team, parenting is hard work. Thank you for teaching your little ones to say please and thank you, future society says thank you too~ not everyone is learning these basic skills anymore. I also think your early bed time is a real sanity saver although in full time work outside the home families its harder to achieve. I loved putting my 4 down by 7 after a long day, lol. Last thing, as an old lady can I say how I am amazed with all these tech things for night time like a sound machine etc. We didn't have any of these video monitors of course and if we wanted to check how the baby was breathing we had to sneak into the room and hold a finger under babies nose :) I like to see how all the new tech is being used for families and anything that helps is a great thing. Even though I came for the recipes I stayed around for the cute family. Hugs from Pennsylvania!

Our kids sleep in later during summer and we let them stay up later. We dont do super late though because we see summer movies a couple mornings and do morning swimming lessons a few weeks

Loved your hair tie and your outfit. It looked very chic. As a mom whose oldest is now 32 and youngest just turned 14 today I love watching the littles. I know it your days can be hectic and sometimes overwhelming but the routines you put in place now will pay off in the years to come. You will look back on these days and miss when they were little.

I'm just curious what time do you guys go to bed and wake up (parents lol). I'm currently pregnant and my toddler is going to be starting PreK this year so I'm trying to plan a more efficient habit bed time routine. I'm not the greatest when it comes to time management so I think a time frame would help.

i am so glad your school is peanut free my son is so allergic he can't even smell it ! I hope its catching on to ban peanut butter because it could mean my son's life we life is difficult in the public school system but everyone here is so nice and don't worry about if they are going to have what kind of deli meat!!
We have a schedule. Some nights were lenient with timing depending on nap and how the night before went. But structure is key in our home. Setting that foundation creates an easy night/morning!
We do shift our timing based on season. My husband and I both have our busy work season in the summers so we usually don’t get home until 7, eat dinner by 8, bed by 9. We start bedtime routine by 7:30 now while it’s less busy.

They wake up at 6:30am. We worked with a sleep specialist and she recommended those times for sleep and wake for that age!

Loved your hair tie and your outfit. It looked very chic. As a mom whose oldest is now 32 and youngest just turned 14 today I love watching the littles. I know it your days can be hectic and sometimes overwhelming but the routines you put in place now will pay off in the years to come. You will look back on these days and miss when they were little.

I'm just curious what time do you guys go to bed and wake up (parents lol). I'm currently pregnant and my toddler is going to be starting PreK this year so I'm trying to plan a more efficient habit bed time routine. I'm not the greatest when it comes to time management so I think a time frame would help.

i am so glad your school is peanut free my son is so allergic he can't even smell it ! I hope its catching on to ban peanut butter because it could mean my son's life we life is difficult in the public school system but everyone here is so nice and don't worry about if they are going to have what kind of deli meat!!

We have a schedule. Some nights were lenient with timing depending on nap and how the night before went. But structure is key in our home. Setting that foundation creates an easy night/morning!
We do shift our timing based on season. My husband and I both have our busy work season in the summers so we usually don’t get home until 7, eat dinner by 8, bed by 9. We start bedtime routine by 7:30 now while it’s less busy.
