I entered the navy when 17 years old and retired from the navy at 37 years. I got to travel to a lot different countries, work with a lot of great people , experience and see things most people never see or do. How many 17 years olds can have been to at least 25 countries , been out to sea on ships experience typhoons. I went in the navy because I did not want living in the place I grew up for the rest of my life like several of my freinds did. My time in the navy was great have a lot of good memories also a lot of good benefits for the rest of my life.
@@thatahkabdul you make statements but no reason. Millions of people have served in the navy and other branches of the military. Because of them allows you the freedom of not having to. All I am saying is my time time was a great experience for me. I have a lot of great memories from the navy. Nobody is telling you should go in the navy just do not insult the that are currently serving or have served in the past.
i’ve decided this is what i want to do b it i wanted to ask you , im not a person who’s really familiar with all the terms and stuff should i learn before i decide to go or is that something that they’ll teach, and what i mean by terms is like rankings and positions, stuff like that, thanks for the videos btw bro keep up the good work💯🤝🏽
What asvab score should I go for to be MA? Not saying that I want to limit my self, but that’s a job I was interested in, & im sure there’s better options, but what’s the minimum requirement or qualifications for MA?
@@AdaptableAmerican so they go based if line scores not the Asvab score. You don’t have to score excessively high to be a MA. I would just try to score the highest you can maybe around 50/60 area you should be okay.
Then come join forces with me at Honda where I work making $23 an hour and we’ll bring Honda to the promisland making it the number 1 ranked company in the world bruh!!!!!!! I was in the U.S. Army, then got out and joined Honda.
I was going to join the navy at the beginning of last year, but got discourage with things i heard on the internet such as poor living conditions on the ships. So i enlisted on coast guard, but quit bootcamp got an administrative discharge. Could'nt handle the stress. I have history of anxiety. Will get easily intimidated with the company commanders. I know they were doing thier job, but thats the way I felt regardless. Plus a lot of studying and required knowledge to learn and memorize in bootcamp. I also didn't like the on-watch it would interfere with the sleep. Do you recommend i join the Navy, i could enlist in 4 months, but need a medical waiver.
That’s up to you. Like how bad do you want it? Because it’s going to be the same stress in boot camp if not more. That’s something you’re going to have to over come if you want to join. Some jobs in The Navy don’t go on ships. But you need to sit down with yourself and see if this is what you really want to do and if so how are you going to overcome the challenge of anxiety and inferiority..

@@ThatNavyMann I have history of anxiety due to past trauma from my past life. Told my recruiter, but he told me to deny it on MEPS so it wouldn't cancel the process of joining the coast guard. Yessir. Good luck!
Do they stop people from joining because of weight? Or as long as you can pass your PT you good ?
You have to lose some weight in order to pass MEPS. They'll weight you and tape you. They'll tape your waist, neck and check your body fat.
You have to be within a certain weight or measurements if you’re over weight
