Good tips, thanks Chrissy :) you know a few days ago I commented about how we should always try to think of encouraging thoughts, well I wanted to share that I just went through one of the worst mental lows the past three days. And I realised that I literally could not think of good things, resisting the darkness just made it stronger. God steered me toward just waiting it out and ignoring the darkness. Just getting through it. I just wanted to add this because, just like you and Nick had to get by with a peanut butter sandwich and that was the best you could do, sometimes we get in these lows whatever they are mental or physical, and it is not the right time to struggle out. Just, ride it out, don’t engage with it. Thank God I am back to normal today, it was the worst low in a while. Hopefully other people who struggle see this and it gives them reassurance. Have a good Tuesday Chrissy & everyone watching!
@@BookshelfNinny Not sure on that day but typically I eat Cascadian Farms something… cereal or breakfast bar. Both are organic and the breakfast bars has decent protein. 90% of the time it’s a breakfast bar.
@@strongereveryday8905 I live in England and I have a yogurt and a cereal bar, sending you lots of love from England and now I know you are out there I will keep u and Nick in my prayers. x x x x x

I felt god telling to say to you, to go out and the wonders he created. Might sound weird but travel somewhere alone he might show you something.
