Looks like I'm the only one who have found this glitch in GTA 4: If you sprint towards the wall outside the museum (the wall which is facing north) you "enter" the museum through the wall and everything is glitched. But you can notice some inside objects. And if you drive inside the museum with a bike, and then do the glitch thing, you can find inside some sort of invisible but functional bike

In GTA V (PS3 and XBOX 360 version) you can walk underwater like in GTA IV. Oh! And there are some parts of the map like the barber shop in Vinewood, where you can go through the wall and fall under the map.
All open-world games featured in this video: Do this very specific setup and action in order to trigger the glitch. Also, the game has fail-safes so you don't get soft-locked Cyberpunk: Just park the car and get out. You'll be softlocked btw so… good luck!
