- This is a gentle guided sleep meditation story set in the Haven where you will explore another place in the Borderlands and return home to a restful sleep.
This guided meditation for sleep is for most audiences, especially anyone with insomnia or who has trouble sleeping. A guided sleep meditation or guided sleep story, is a gentle and effortless way to help get you into a wonderful state of deep relaxation, provide stress relief and ultimately deep sleep.

Really love the Haven series. Had to take a friend to outpatient surgery today and was able to kick back and listen to this and about 5 others while waiting. Made for a peaceful wait.

We don’t do them all the time, as we have a huge list of meditations ‘to do’ so we intersperse them with our main work. There is one due quite soon, I think. (21st April).

This wasq such a lovely story! Can we revisit this secret garden when the flowers and fruit trees are in bloom... We have a Haven neiborhood one town north of us. Very dangerous area. Your Haven painted a much nicer heartwarming picture of it. This rocked me asleep. Great work

Thank you, I loved this and felt as if I was really there. I wondered if sometime we could have a story about visiting an old lighthouse in the Sea Haven.
The Sea Haven is part of the Navarr series, but maybe one day we will take that up again 🙏🏼
Always great to find a new meditation has dropped! Is there going to be any new multiple-hour albums dropping soon? I'd be happy to hear if Dreamweaver volume 2 or Haven volume 3 were coming.

These are good however even with continuing play closed down, everyone I play ends with a advert which wakes me up 🙁. Kind of defeats listening
This is not us, but TH-cam. Unfortunately, TH-cam has changed things such that we are now no longer able to fully control when the ads appear on free TH-cam accounts.
We have always been very careful to only ever insert one ad before the video begins; we meditate ourselves so know how jarring post-video ads can be, so we never add them ourselves.
This is as frustrating for us as creators, as it is for everyone.
These are the only ways we currently know to reduce/prevent this intrusive ads issue:
1. Turn off autoplay. This will prevent getting a pre-roll ad from the next video that plays, (although it doesn't guarantee there won't be a post-roll ad inserted by TH-cam).
2. Join our Premium Members Club to get access to our privately listed video library and member-only videos (all ad free).
3. Join TH-cam Premium (they completely remove the ads).

going back to stock photos/videos and art would be very nice ♥️♥️♥️
