Hello, I have the same product but I can’t separate the rotor from the stator. In your video, it seems very easy. For me, it’s impossible. There are also sparks on the rotor (where the brushes touch it) when I action it, and the motor becomes very hot very quickly, without rotating very fastly. Do you have an idea of the problem I encounter?
Is the commutator still good and are the bearings not worn out (that can cause the brushes to spark). Maybe the plastic of the stator is deformed by heat, you can try to gently knock it off. Good luck
Thanks
Awesome Refresh - well done. Copied what you did to perfection.
Good as new, now i know how to dismantle and clean it. Thanks!

to much grease on the bearings! the balls inside got to "fight" with the grease, to make them way throught. Heating and failures are guaranteed.
Got the sander, seen the video, but where can I get replacement circular sander "sheets"?
Search by type number for sheets.
Good luck

Зачем снимал упорное кольцо - если не снял главный подшипник !
