What is a 60' crawler lift like this worth, both new and used? It would need a truck and trailer, too, for transport, so I don't understand the advantage over a bucket truck. Can someine explain this briefly for me? I have looked at bucket trucks, Genie lifts, and see a whole lot less hassle with a bucket truck regarding compactness, portability, setup, etc. The tow truck IS the bucket lift... I have several 50-90' tall trees I'd like to limb or take down in pieces not enough room to just fell in one piece), so an older bucket truck is what I've been looking at. Thanks in advance.
Dear sir, a crawler lift is different from any other access machine because it is more versatile. If you compare the performances, you can see already big advantages. But the biggest one is regarding the dimension and the weight. Crawler lift can pass through a single door, and at the same time it can be towed on a very simple trailer. It can work outdoor on uneven ground thanks to the crawlers, it can work indoor because it works electrically either and it so light that you don’t damage the floor. Let’s say that it is a kind of platform which is not regular, but it is special, as its features. Ciao!
