How to make a Kydex Knife Sheath QUICK and EASY

In this video I go over the steps in creating a kydex sheath for an EDC knife. Steps include kydex preparation and pattern cutout, molding the kydex to the knife and drilling holes for the eyelets. Then we cover installing the eyelets and setting the retention on the blade. The
final step will be installing a multi-position belt clip.

It can be painful. The trick is to get it hot enough and have a good press. Yeah ole Bubba wasn’t sure about that “tool”. 😂😂
