      Hi, Hair Obsession !, you don't have Asian market in Canada? mostly MUM in jar it came from Viet Names, if you go to Asian market you ask them for MUM or MAM in jar, if they have they will show you, MAM in jar has many side of fish, but you look for small side of fish called (sweet mam) it just fermented fish in jar by it self no vegetable added, if you want to make mam lahong by your self, you have to add vegetable of your own, do the same direction as this v d o and you will have mam to serve by your self, if they have they will show you o k !! good luck bye.
