do i delete my old konami folder ifs that the problem i did installed a crack version of pes 2021 before and i cant open the efootball app on microsoft store

delete these 2 folders:
1. Documents/KONAMI/eFootball
2. ProgramData/KONAMI/eFootball
launch the game, it works..
