Also, get electricity and another big tank and fill it with water so that you don't have to worry when it doesn't rain often..Likewise place some regular plastic drums at the side of the house where excess rainwater flows from the roof and that you could use for watering of the plants.. My parents met as teenagers and were together for 72 year until my mother passed away in 2022. They told stories such as yours about how they started out in the beginning. They were very different people. My mother very reserved and religious and my father neither of those lol. Growing up, I never heard them argue. I was always impressed by how they managed to make things work. They started young together with nothing more than understanding and great partnership. You have a generator but definitely the ceiling is important to finish. Once it’s finished and the shower completed, then you can start bringing the furniture in and complete your furnishings. People have different tastes in building and otherwise. I was wondering what Mayuguno was doing too un til I saw another bedroom and bathroom being built to also facilitate the drum on top which will allow easy water flow throughout the building. I'd say the man is a genius. I didn't care for the small bedrooms. I love the openness and airiness of Nasto's house which will be ideal for him and his family. Nasto do not cut the tree rather up root them during the heavy rainy season and transplant them some where in your compound and they will survive when the rain is very heavy instead of wasting the tree

You know what, I think they can move in as soon as the ceiling boards are up. I say so because installing ceiling boards a very messy; dusty application, and that would not be good for their lungs as well as their furniture. If they waited that long, then another few weeks won't hurt. Think about it!! No electricity; no windows; bathroom not ready; kitchen cupboards; closets, etc. They can wait.

Stay away from anything “Inlaw” Never let anyone in your circle, Remember what attracted you both to each other and try to keep(Beauty,Dressing, food, cleanliness, soft talk etc) and maintain.
My advice to you is that you should use the grass that you cut in your compound to mulch your plants/trees or even your vegetables. This will prevent evaporation of water (meaning less watering) and also suppress weeds from growing. Don't burn that grass, use it to decrease your chores!!

you don't need to cut the tree, you need to put concrete beam lower to the ground surface suspended and you put your block wall on the beam , you see the clay bath water fall at marwa villa, look underneath they put concrete beam and block work wall just pases over it, you can do that all the area close to the tree, it will not affect your wall whatsoever.

Nasto…if you make a big concrete tank…where the excess rain water collects..with the 1 tank if it rains a lot..all excess water goes to waste..if you have a concrete tank the excess is stored for dry days..

You know what, I think they can move in as soon as the ceiling boards are up. I say so because installing ceiling boards a very messy; dusty application, and that would not be good for their lungs as well as their furniture. If they waited that long, then another few weeks won't hurt. Think about it!! No electricity; no windows; bathroom not ready; kitchen cupboards; closets, etc. They can wait.

My advice to you is that you should use the grass that you cut in your compound to mulch your plants/trees or even your vegetables. This will prevent evaporation of water (meaning less watering) and also suppress weeds from growing. Don't burn that grass, use it to decrease your chores!!

Dear Nasto. purchase a small block like 20' X 20' near the river where not flooding. dig a well just like mayuguno's one where under the shop house. You can put a pipe line from there to your house. I think there is water near the river not far from your house.
you don't need to cut the tree, you need to put concrete beam lower to the ground surface suspended and you put your block wall on the beam , you see the clay bath water fall at marwa villa, look underneath they put concrete beam and block work wall just pases over it, you can do that all the area close to the tree, it will not affect your wall whatsoever.
