- If you are studying for the bar exam, and you would like an easier way to prepare for the real property portion of the exam, USLR has something for you: Illustrated flashcards; 410 of them; covering all the concepts of real property.
These flashcards are designed to provide the speed of a traditional flashcard and the depth of a book. The bold type font and the illustrations should be used like a traditional flashcard (for speed). Everything else is there to provide context and explanations when needed.

I absolutely LOVE all of these videos. I am currently preparing for my finals in Law School. I have watched the Recording System video at least 5 times with my classmates. I highly recommend Mortgages and Deeds of Trust as well. Pleasant voice, brief and concise explanations. Illustrations are a plus. I am definitely buying these flashcards! Im hooked.

I looked on amazon, but I couldn't find the flash cards :( I also wanted to thank you for making these videos, you have no idea how much you've helped me. English is my second language and you explain everything in such an easy way to comprehend. Thank you 😉

Due to a delay by the manufacturer, availability of the flashcard boxsets is delayed. It is estimated that the boxsets will be available on the website at the end of the week (and on Amazon in a couple of weeks). For now, the virtual flashcards are available www.uslawreview.com.
I tried to order the flashcards but the shipping time is 10 to almost 30 business day that is just too long especially so close from finals. Would it be possible to have expedited shipping options.

Amazon’s shipping time seems to be heavily exaggerated. From the seller’s account, the shipping shows to be 4-14 days. In reality, the shipping has been taking 5-7 business days (and there is no reason to believe that this will change anytime soon). USLR is unable to offer an expedited shipping option through Amazon right now because of a technicality (New merchants to Amazon must pass a 90-day grace period).
If you make an order before 11:00am PST, your order will be shipped that same day.
Also, 2-day shipping is available through the website (www.uslawreview.com).

Im on the same boat!!! I need those fast. Just looked on Amazon and the expected date is showing May 11th. Today is April 19th. Any luck getting it sooner?
