The truth is his son could pick anything or just stay home and enjoy his life as the president's son. However, that isn't true with other people as their children don't have choices to select their professions.
You don't have problems with Kingdoms that are run in mediocrity but are concerned about a man promoting his family and giving them his best. If you work in a farm, where would you like your children to work and be. I don't care whether his children run the country with him and anybody else. What counts is if the country is moving forward and the people are well taken care of. Many countries are run the way you like, no family is involved but there is corruption and all forms of mismanagement. Try to see light...
