I saw them live in Belgium (9th Nov. 2023) and it was a pure magical and powerful concert. The guys are smiling, are humble and happy to live the moment to share their beautiful music. We all simply LOVE U !
I cried when I hear Under the Waves she Sleeps. And I cried again when I hear A Mother To Scare Away The Darkness. There is something truly magical in your music... Somehow, it helps me to heal my inner child. Thank you Halocraft!
Mother to Scare away the Darkness just brings out a big smile on my face every time no matter what. Such a brilliant track; with so many overlapping emotions.
Trough all the suffering and isolation and disdance to people ... there is a light. When pictures are the art form of the space. Than music must be the art form of time. You are my soundtrack of life time!
A work of art, and an art of a work ... emotional, driven, catches you and leads you through a emotional path you can feel through your spine ... AOY for me ....
My favorite track is definitely in the woods, it's a bit dark because the mother stayed alone after her son is not alive anymore, regardless of that, it's super sharp, generally speaking the album is amazing, it has a same vibe as the chains of the sea, but in a different light, incredible job to the forest animals rabbit, wolf, fox and cat for composing such a masterpiece

It's not only the sound that caresses the ears and the souls, it is the whole project that builds a fascinating story, emotional, raw yet fragile, tough yet delicate. A mother to scare away the darkness - I LOVE IT.
This is an amazing and mind-blowing album, in line with the previous one! Like Silent Island, Black Hill and a few others, Halocraft makes me feel a strange kind of nostalgia - like recalling joyful, peaceful memories of the world before we were here, of life before we were born.
And to share a personal experinece, i was in the studio when the Marvellous Cat was recording the riffs on "For The Son You Could Not Save'...Gosh! Was really emotional watching him play, Now that I've listened the final outcome, it brought Tears to my eyes! Love ❤ you mate!!!
Great work that maintains the atmosphere and the sound of the first album, which I believe it was the main purpose of the band. The way that music surrounds the whole story is excellent. Through the caverns is the best track of the album. It will remain to my Spotify space for a long time.
