I think it's LastVisitedMRU, actually
LastVisitedPidMRU according to procmon. The paths are stored in hex but the registry viewer translates to ascii

I cant find the Tools folder under my C: Is it perhaps because my parents put on the microsoft family feature?
That folder doesn't exist by default -- it was just where I chose to store my tools.
