My dream cabin is without drywall. I want complete rustic look and of course taxidermy wildlife as I used to be a Avid Outdoorsman and I lived in the woods for 13 years in Colorado mountains back in the day
I look at stuff like this and he shows the aerial view of the whole property and the first thing that comes to my mind is where the heck is his shed he's got to have a riding lawn mower that's a lot of grass to cut.....lol
The Amish builder's name was Harvey Schmucker. he has some models on St hwy 14 approximately 2 miles east of Readstown Wi (top of hill/south side of St Hwy 14) his sawmill is a mile or so east of the cabins on the north side of the road.
@@randyjamesrobertson hey thanks! I'd like to have one built. Would you happen to know if he is still in business or how I would contact him? Thanks much!
a cabin like this can be bought (minus foundation, well, septic, electric and plumbing) for between $25,000 to $30,000 from Amish Near Readstown Wi. (Harvey Schmucker). they (the Amish) have model cabins on Hwy 14 between Readstown and Bosstown Wi. Sorry, they do not have a phone # that I am aware of.
I am areal estate broker and a certified drone pilot. I was hired to sell this cabin by the owner. the cabin was constructed offsite by Amish, built on their farms and hauled in to this site. After that, a porch was constructed, by the Amish . The owners (not the Amish ) put in, well, septic electric and installed bathroom and kitchen. These cabins unfinished usually sell from the Amish for between $20,000 to $30,000 depending upon size, layout type of windows and doors. I am not sure if they would sell a floor plan. They (the Amish) are located on St Hwy 14 between Readstown And Richland Center Wisconsin. they (the amish) do not have phones. The Amish have model cabins sitting alongside the road and the mill that constructs the logs is about two miles east of the model cabins. the Amish are not open or available on Sundays. The Amish can arrange to have the cabins moved after the cabins are constructed on their farm/mill. Moving costs are usually extra and depend upon how far the cabin has to be moved and what conditions need to be met to put the cabin on site (prep of the building site; foundation and location).
I built a shed with these plans from Ryan [ Details Here?> *WoodBlueprints. Com* ] . The instructions were clear and easy to implement. Even a novice can be able to build fast using this plan. I'm happy I bought the plan. It also saved me much cost.
This Cabin did not belong to me. It was built by Amish near Readstown Wi. They do not have a website. The name of the Amish builder was Harvey scmucker. He does have model cabins and brochures between Readstown and Richland center Wi on st hwy 14.
The model cabins are just of St hwy 14 on church Rd .the sawmill is 8.6 miles east of Readstown on hwy 14 (just east of fish school rd on left hand side of Hwy 14)
Too long drone footage flying over the unit. Get real & professional. Buyers need the inside more then a long fly over. But hey, a I'm glad you enjoy your drone. Lol.
Quite a few of my customers actually asked for more exterior and area views as the location of cabins I list and their relationship to neighbors and area was more important to them than just interior shots. (most real estate photos only show a couple of exterior shots and mostly interior shots) . I usually have quite a few inside shots on my web page where my listings are located. you can see some of my other videos on www.rushcreekrealty.com
Far too much time wasted on the aerial view... Here I am wondering if I will be homeless when our lease expires and you people are worried about the fucking helicopter view!!!
