The roads in France are great, each village has speed humps, crossings, chicane and crossings ,all designed to keep speed down, but not worrying as just no traffic or people about. I find it amazing that you just don't see anyone anywhere. Where are they all?
Lovely video Bob and Jenny. This was a great site but we may have been better in the next set of pitches as the site was quite empty. I can’t understand why they bunch up all the vans when this is the case. No complaints though and the restaurant meal was top class for a campsite 👍🏻😃 Trev n Sue
Hi Bob, Jenny and Poppy, lovely views on the journey to your next campsite. Shame your pitch was a little muddy, but looked a nice site. Enjoying following your trip, Take care x Julie and Tony x
A great video Bob and Jenny have been enjoying following your journey it looks a lovely campsite and I bet it’s really busy in the summer it seems to have a good range of facilities is there much nearby? Luxembourg is always so clean and I remember when we went everyone who we met was friendly and proud of their country. Looking forward to the future videos travel safely all of you Daniel
Most enjoyable watching our two favourite YouTubing channels 😁 you guys and the Poshies. Nice to see the scenery, and blue skies 🌤 … Interesting to see the campsite in Luxembourg again, but I wasn’t that impressed with the look of those pitches - they should let you choose.
So clean and litter free, stunning, yes our Welsh roads are now 20 instead of 30, looking forward to fallowing you on this trip both have a fab time xx
Loving following your journey, the roads are very quiet, but I thought our pot holes were bad! Fabulous site you’re booked on, and glorious weather, long may it continue. Thank you for another great video.
We were recently in the Black Forest and paying the Tourist Tax there at campsites gets you free public transport withing the entire Black Forest area. Yes, free trains, buses, and trams while you're there, and discounts at some tourist attractions.
Thats common place in most German states, although some are reducing/limiting the offers e.g. Ruhpolding, Bayern, now only offer reduced train and cable car fare not free.
Hi Bob and Jenny, Poppy 👋 Just a bit squashed in there and a bit muddy/dusty. I’m wondering if it was a bit expensive for the plot you were given? Lovely weather. ❤️
Such an interesting trip, we’re loving following this - we didn’t even know we had crossed borders a couple of times! And as soon as we hit Belgium we hit potholes like you. 🤦🏻♂️ Well it did look a lovely campsite but looks huge! Looking forward to the trip to Luxembourg City. We wish we had visited there rather than just driving passed. Safe trip guys.
Hi Bob Always enjoty your travel videos, I have been trying to show an animated map as you did can do it with a plain line but google maps does show up clear and how do you change to the little animated mohome ?
😢i would have been disappointed with the pitch allocated to you, also the garden area's were unkept, do you ever wild camp using the free aires Enjoying your trip
Yes, pitch was disappointing. We very rarely wild camp, we don't feel safe doing it. Aires aren't wild camping, but we have used Aires in the past, don't like being 2 feet from the next van, crammed in like sardines.
which motorhome model are you both driving in? stepped into our first motorhome this week at a dealer, an Adamo. Very spacious, particularly headroom. Wondering whether to go for it !
How hard is it for you guys to drive on the right side of the road iknow it was hard for me in England when my husband was in the US army so I am proud of you
We noticed you were cut up by idiot joining slip road. We saw quite a bit of this in the summer. I still thought that our uk motorway driving standards were the worst we saw whilst in France, Germany, Switzerland and Belgium.
Gosh, that was a disappointing pitch...would you not be better suited to one of the many, many campsites without the un-necessary (for yourselves) swimming pool, football pitches, children's play areas etc? I see you have an idea that Aires all involve being crammed in like sardines..this is simply not true. We're currently on an Aire in Troyes, France, with very spacious pitches, electric, water etc, but no other "frills" we don't need. We've spent the last 2 weeks exclusively on Aires, in some stunning locations, pootling around France, nothing booked in advance. A great way to travel.

Over here😆
Great video. The roads are very quite x

We agree, last time we were completely on our own.
Thank you Bob and Jenny. Great video as usual and a great look at the campsite.... looking forward to tomorrow's rendition
Glad you enjoyed it

Thanks 👍
HOPE YOU BOTH WELL AND ENJOYING YOURSELFS
Having a great time.

There is plenty on the campsite, but sorry to say we didn't visit the village nearby.
Enjoyed the driving footage 👍
Thanks 👍

Belgium is famous for rough roads.

I can recommend The National Museum of Military History in Diekirch. I was there about 25 years ago.
I shall never forget Jenny’s reaction to the unexpected ferry. Hilarious bit of film. Sorry Jenny x
Goodness! The loos are bonkers! Looking forward to your next video to see your exploration of the town.
I'd not say bonkers I'd say unusual
A bit over the top, yes.
The 30 kph doesn't look too slow because the road looks narrower. The wider the road the harder it is keep to the lower speed , its psychological.
Hi Bob and Jenny, Poppy 👋 Just a bit squashed in there and a bit muddy/dusty. I’m wondering if it was a bit expensive for the plot you were given? Lovely weather. ❤️
Yes it was fairly expensive, I suppose it's access to all the rides and volley ball courts and football pitches...
Great vlog as always both 👍🏻you don’t see statues like that in the UK site loos 🤪
Not sure you see statues in campsites toilets anywhere else 😅
@@BobEarnshawMoHo it’s definitely a first! Looking forward to your next destination
That Renault 205 behind you was a hybrid!🤣
It would also have been a Peugeot 205, I realised later 😀
No such thing as a Renault 205.

Hi Bob Always enjoty your travel videos, I have been trying to show an animated map as you did can do it with a plain line but google maps does show up clear and how do you change to the little animated mohome ?
We use an app called TravelBoast and if you subscribe you have a choice of vehicles.

Hi bob when do you fill up with diesel as watching you there’s not many service stations you pass
😢i would have been disappointed with the pitch allocated to you, also the garden area's were unkept, do you ever wild camp using the free aires

Lovely site, i can not understand why they put everyone on top of each other though, lots of empty pitches. I understand you pre booked
End of season for them, I suppose they are resting some pitches...
which motorhome model are you both driving in? stepped into our first motorhome this week at a dealer, an Adamo. Very spacious, particularly headroom. Wondering whether to go for it !
Have a look in my video description. If you check our video back catalog you'll see we've borrowed 3 Adamos from Bailey.
You cannot beat An Old Border Post
How hard is it for you guys to drive on the right side of the road iknow it was hard for me in England when my husband was in the US army so I am proud of you
Ahhhhh you just remember you're driving in the ditch.... am I right Bob.
You tend to do that a bit more.
It is really easy, becomes second nature after a while.
We noticed you were cut up by idiot joining slip road. We saw quite a bit of this in the summer. I still thought that our uk motorway driving standards were the worst we saw whilst in France, Germany, Switzerland and Belgium.
Yes, there are impatient idiots here too.
The Pot holes are designed to make you drive slower 😂
They certainly work in that respect.

We just wanted to go back to this site and yes the pitch wasn't the best. We like campsites and it's a personal choice!
