    Thanks for doing this video. Had been looking at it on Amazon but it didn't show photos of the VESA holes and I was a bit sceptical. But sure enough there it is in your video! :) Cool feature for sure.

      Glad it helped.. yeah, it’s a great feature, and helped me decide that that was the model I should get. Weird how not all of them have a vesa option, since it’s just a few screw holes 😉

    I recently bought one of these monitors for my setup and it is very good, very practical and easy to use, the only negative point is the way the product is presented, firstly you don't know if it is original or not because in the box where the the product is sent does not have any logo or any identification of the model of the monitor, but that aside, it is an amazing monitor and with a great cost benefit 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

    • @Endpoint101

      That's very true; the only way I saw the model number was on the Amazon listing. They could really do with making it more clear, since the specs vary wildly between models.

    Do you have to do anything special to enable the speakers on this monitor in Windows? I have four of these (or similar, but two do list the model number as 156A08 in the accompanying booklet), and I just hooked each of them to a Windows 11 laptop via the HDMI port. In all cases, the monitor displays fine, but in the Windows 11 setup, none showed up as an alternate sound device.
    With my older two (or at least one of them), I think they HAVE showed up as an alternate sound device and it was easy to switch sound to the monitor, possibly when connected to a different laptop.
    By the way, I know the speakers on the monitors are working, as I can hear sound when I connect to a Raspberry Pi 400 or Orange Pi 800.
    This isn't the biggest problem, as I primarily bought them for the display, not the sound, but if I play some kind of video on the monitor, it's a bit disorienting when the sound comes out of my laptop.

      I've got mine connected via USB C to my Windows 10 HP laptop via a USB C hub that has a HDMI port.. Windows shows it as an output source in the Volume popup named 'HS156PC (NVIDIA High Definition Audio)'. I didn't do anything special to make it do this, and is actually the first time I've even checked it worked. Maybe check in Device Manager? I see mine listed in there.

    Hello, sir I hope you are well.
    I need your advice, I want to buy 17 inch uperfect portable monitor but worried, you know Chinese products quality 😅 can you tell me your review after months of use, Is it worth the money? Or other portable monitors with better quality

    • @Endpoint101

      I'm still really happy with mine and use it for work at least 3 days a week. It's got one dead pixel which is hard to notice. If I needed another I'd likely buy the same one again. Hope this helps!

    Hi, I just got the monitor, and I tried to connect it to my pc by using displayport to usb c cable, but it doesn't work. I have on my pc, HDMI which's connected to my main screen and a displayport, so I got a USB C to DisplayPort Cable, thought it would work with this portable monitor and I can use the screen touch future as well. Is there any way to connect this monitor to displayport on pc? Thank you.

      I’m using a Display Port to Hdmi cable and it works great with mine. Haven’t tried DP to USB C tho. Sounds like you’ve got a different model from mine if yours has touch. Have you got a hdmi port on yours, or mini DP?

    I got the updated model las month and today i figure out the screen frame is a little bit curve at the bottom it's pretty awkward...the screen it is not the problem just the frame

    • @Endpoint101
      @Endpoint101  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Interesting. Is that curve on the rear of the case, or on the front bezel? Did it show that in the product images before you bought it? 🤔

    • @jaimegonzalez5113
      @jaimegonzalez5113 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      The curve is on the front bezel, not on the rear of the case. This detail was not visible in the product images before I bought it.

    • @Endpoint101
      @Endpoint101  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Bit annoying, but I guess it doesn't get in the way if you're wall mounting it. Shame the images don't properly show you what it'll be like :(

    Hello! I am looking at a similar model but it has a different screen. I was wondering how did you find the model number on your monitor? They dont list them on their website and its a pain to find a specific review about the panel i want.

    • @Endpoint101
      @Endpoint101  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think the model for mine was on the eBay listing, but I totally agree.. the model numbers are rarely shown, which makes it extremely difficult to find the one you’re looking for. When I was researching which one to get I had to be really careful to look for the exact spec + make sure the image matched what I was expecting.
