Jamie I got some really rough medical news about a month ago and my house fell into total disarray. I put on your videos yesterday and worked all day with the windows open and the sun shining. I whipped my house back into shape and deep cleaned my car. Cleaning while coping with stress is a common thread for me. Just wanted to let you know that it was so nice to have a friend working alongside me all day yesterday and keeping me out of my head. In case you ever wonder if what you do matters it absolutely does!
I'm just now able to watch this! As a mother to two girls 17 & 6 and a sweet 8 month old boy, its so hard to find motivation!!! Your videos help so much! They also give me ideas where to start
When you talked about the tiny fingerprints on the glass doors it reminded me of a quote in a book written by one of Billy Graham's daughters who was a mother of 7 and had to remind herself that messiness is ok. She said "Whats more important, the fingerprints on the glass or the little fingers that made them, the popcorn all over the couch or the memories made from a family movie night, the dirty tub or the sweet kid or brought you their first mud pie." That quote always stuck with me when i get frustrated about the house being a mess and me feeling like I need to constantly keep it clean. Have a great week Jamie!

I'm on holiday from one of my jobs for the summer. So over the last few mornings after getting in from my other job, I've cleaned both my settees. I have the Bissell pet pro spot cleaner. And it's a god send with 2 cats. It's been over due for a while, but I never have the time or the motivation. Came across your channel last year and you've been motivating me since. Had a hard few years losing my brother and my mum suddenly in 2017 3 months apart and it was all I could do to get out of bed and haul myself into work. Cleaning was the last thing on my mind, but now I just watch a video of yours and it kick-starts me. Best wishes from the 🇬🇧

I replaced all of my carpets with vinyle flooring.Im so glad I did. No more carpet cleaning and worrying about spills and stains.No more vacuuming with a bad back.

Hi Jamie, I have missed watching your motivating videos! My husband was on disability for 6 weeks after a planned surgery which threw our routine out of wack and then 3 days after he was back to work we had a 3 week vacation. Obviously we feel very blessed! Anyway, thanks to your motivating videos, when we left for vacation my house was completely cleaned including having the dishwasher run and emptied before we walked out the door. Needless to say it was really nice to walk back into the house and only have to take care of vacation laundry and camping foods before getting back into our work routines. I credit you for my being on top of it and am very grateful that I found you. I am glad Emery is feeling better and am praying that your other little angels remain healthy. Thanks for all that you do!

There are days when I just don’t want to to a darn thing like the kitchen and all the dishes and sometimes they sit in the sink all night just because I just couldn’t find the energy to do it. I live in northwest indiana….. my husband and I are high school sweethearts. We were 17 when we met and we are 46 now. Resolve really does so well with almost any stain...we love it, too. So crazy how many houses a builder can have at a time, but dies make sense as to why it would take a while to build. Plus you're right about supply chain issues ! Will all be worth it, once it's finished. Hate breaking glass ...seems like it manages to travel so far ! Love that you two did plan something for your anniversary. Wineries, massage and just getting away does seem like such a good idea. The crock pot chicken with the Italian dressing seasoning sounds delicious. That disinfectant spray is great with how it sprays

Yes you said Au Jus correctly! It’s also the little bowl of sauce you’d get with a French dip sandwich. It’s so delicious! I love my crockpot too so much.

As far as the vacuum goes maybe I could help. I recently had the vacuum you are using. It was great but one of kids knocked it over and broke the bottom filter piece off and it was just having problems from that I think. Anyway, I was watching Jessi Christine and she uses a vacuum that looked great bc it has a retractable cord. Life changing for me bc I’m one of those people that don’t put the cord back lol. So I bought it other day and I love it. If anyone wants to go watch it in use go watch Jessi Christine’s videos. Thought this might help Jamie!
I also like to reset however mine works differently. I work outside the home and my schedule is Sundays- Thursdays. So I spent the three days I’m off resetting between hanging out with the kids too of course.
We actually LOVE the Mississippi pot roast recipe with chicken instead. Even my beef eater husband prefers it with chicken. We do chicken breasts, a stick of butter, ranch packet, onion soup mix packet, pepperoncini peppers, I do about 6 and splash a little of the juice in too! It's even better if you throw everything in a freezer bag and use it as a freezer meal. We love it with mashed potatoes and peas.
We bought our house through Richmond last September and we are *hopefully* moving in this Friday, over a year later. It’s been non stop supply chain and labor issues. Not a fun process! I hope you can move into your house before the year is up!

I love the recipes that you shared. My husband and I will be making more of an effort to go on dates and mini vacays together. We haven't been doing that. I just got the walmart plus membership too. I had a discount for it on my amex card.
I love making Mississippi roast, but I make it a little different. I use mayo, butter, dill weed and paprika, and since I'm Mexican I serve it in soft tacos with salsa and guacamole with rice and beans on the side 😅. Thanks for reminding me it's time to make again, my whole family loves it. I also love your videos and content, I'm always looking forward for them at the end of the week ❤️
In just over a week we are taking our 7yr old on a vacation, without her 17 month old sister. She is so excited. A week later after we come back school starts. So this will be an extra hooray.

We actually LOVE the Mississippi pot roast recipe with chicken instead. Even my beef eater husband prefers it with chicken. We do chicken breasts, a stick of butter, ranch packet, onion soup mix packet, pepperoncini peppers, I do about 6 and splash a little of the juice in too!
It's even better if you throw everything in a freezer bag and use it as a freezer meal. We love it with mashed potatoes and peas.

I love making Mississippi roast, but I make it a little different. I use mayo, butter, dill weed and paprika, and since I'm Mexican I serve it in soft tacos with salsa and guacamole with rice and beans on the side 😅. You’re meals your made looked so delicious and you’re right can never go wrong with tacos! Glad the girls are feeling better!
