    I will be interested to see another video in the future on Leasehold. I own ex local authority flats that’s are rented out in the PRS so very interested to see how councils are affected by this & how it will work or changed to affect me.

    Forcing lease extension free of charge?
    They can make future houses freehold only, make future flat leases very long, make ground rent on future leases peppercorn but existing leases and existing ground rents have intrinsic value! These can't be taken from freeholders and given to leaseholders. That would be property confiscation during peacetime, illegal and won't fly.

      Doesn't matter, tax is theft too. Tories have attacked landlords in many ways, they can do the same to freeholder. You'll see little sympathy for either and I'm a landlord
