Solid advise .. I used to pose this same question to an old business partner who was a billionaire .. When will enough be enough? There are many who are addicted to being "busy" and creating more wealth than they could possibly spend.. at what cost ? it your health , your well being and most of all , your relationships ..live/work balance, in my opinion is true success..

Fantastic content to show how difficult the transition from being overwhelmed by doing everything to setting boundaries can be in a middle level position. It’s difficult to say no to the little things that need done to focus on boundaries and what’s important. I want to get to the next level. Thank you for sharing this knowledge!

It's not so much what is the BS we're telling ourselves - but rather - _what paradigm have we subscribed to_ - & what limitations does that paradigm force upon one, how many possibilities are just not even on the horizon - because that paradigm doesn't even allow it.
    Case-in-point in this very interview:
Mo understands that pursuing quality & authenticity over _everything_ - _can pay off_ - whereas Steven's paradigm will deem such an approach as 𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭.
It's not 'BS' - but it is simply a key facet of the chosen paradigm.
The newer paradigm is - believe it or not - predicated on philosophies such as 'Love'.
Whether Mo says it explicitly or not - the over-arching paradigm of his stated approach, is the 'Way of Love'.
Now take a young spring chicken like our darling Steven - that kind of a notion, _for business_ - will just not compute.

Dont you want to help as many people as possible? I don’t get this.
Of course not to the expense of your wellbeing but I mean come
On. Is not the goal to make as
Many people as possible know the truth?
    Life their best life?
I don’t really feel what he is saying but I know where he is coming from.
This podcast helps me so much. I think it is interesting and important and good guests

sounds peachy. but when rooted in reality, if you have a big ambition for your media to be seen, you need to produce more media, which requires more work. so, it sounds nice in theory but it practice it just falls apart.

If people suffer a PTSD inducing event in their life and they don’t have PTSD, which is technically diagnosable only after six months post trauma then they don’t have a PTSD inducing event. I find this circular kind of logic illogical. It’s like me as a mental health professional opining on Google. Nobody would take me seriously so how are we taking this man seriously?
