I guess as long as I tried it with all white fish it would be okay, I like salmon cooked medium, translucent in the middle, and shrimp are not nice if you overcook them either. I will think about it, might stick to tuna noodle casserole, with a mushroom cream sauce, and pears.That last vegetable you cooked is it black kale? 😊
Loving your low carb recipes as I am cutting down on my carbs and they help enormously. Last night I cooked tagliatelli bolognese for my OH and I had shredded savoy cabbage (cooked al dente) with a small helping of the bolognese sauce on top - I got the idea from your cabbage carbonara. PS I noticed you cooked the pie in the Cosori and not the Hypertentia. As you know I am thinking of buying the Hypertentia and wondered why you are not using it for this.
