Thank you guys so very much for the past year because to be honest with I have felt I’ve made friends and I haven’t been in a good place but watching you guys and reading the comments of the lovely people that are part of your community and friends have really made a huge difference to my mental health so keep going guys. And we can all do with a little bit less carbs these days and as you say it’s our choice. We can put some rice or chips with that and it would be perfect. Xx. ❤
