I know things have been very tough for you Chase but to see the sheer joy on your face & the emotion in your voice during the chorus brought a tear to my eye :)

Dude. So happy to see your smiling face and enthusiasm again. You truly brighten my day. When it’s time, I am so excited to see your reactions and listen to what you have to say about Band Maid’s new album. These girls took advantage of the quarantine and honed their craft. What you will experience is nothing short of cacophonous individuality in a cohesive package. Band Maid doing massive Band Maid things. My being able to say this is fully attributed to you, by the way. I am a musician with a penchant for details and big-picture ideals. I started on drums twenty years ago and have since moved onto other instruments to whet my appetite. These girls obviously deliver the full experience with each member bringing something unique and fascinating to the table (no maid puns intended). But I didn’t always recognize that. I knew I liked these girls but I couldn’t explain why. That is, until you voiced what I had been mulling over for the last couple years. Your ability to peel back the layers and pick apart details I didn’t realize were there gave purchase for my adoration. You, friend, have made me a better musician through your insight and I thank you for it. Don’t ever stop giving, as there are people like me listening and receiving. God bless you and I wish you the best. Have a damn good day.
You have done a lot for this band. Feel free to listen to them on your own and just let us know what you liked or didnt, i hope that a lot of us are here for your composition comments and not just for a wow reactions.
6:07 The sheer joy on your face! You look like you just won the lottery. 😆 That’s a genuine infectious reaction that can bring a smile to anyone’s face. Love it.
Emotionwise this is definitly THE favourite song from Band Maid to me , it really gets under my skin in a good way. Thank you for your reacts Chase. Iam no a musician myself , but i think its interesting to get the technical side of music in too.
After a grueling chase, jumping over fallen logs and slogging through the dense forest, I can finally see the clearing ahead and it's filled with Band-Maid fans waiting for the opening of a brand new day., Before Yesterday I wasn't sure if my Real Existence would provide Freedom enough to set out on the Brand New Road, but I had been Alone for so long that this will bring Order into my life. Thanks Chase.
Ahh, this is such a terrific MV. Pay close attention to the poignant moments between Saiki and Miku. Even though they are polar opposites, you can tell how very close they actually are. Oh yah, Bubble is a stone cold groove as well. But sort of under-hyped as well, it really deserves a lot of attention. And Chase, it’s really good to see you back on the ‘ol TH-cams again!💪🏻🤘🏻 I also vehemently recommend Nemophila, an all female metal/hard rock 5 piece Japanese juggernaut comprised of 2 renowned shredders, God-Level drummer Tamu Murata, and bass and vocal phenoms. I’d begin with their performance of “Life”, a song they wrote while Tamu was on maternity leave and honor her with upon her return for the performance. WARNING- It hits really hard as they’re all turned to face her during the livestream. Very epic, heartfelt stuff.💪🏻🤘🏻 Edit: Here’s the link for Life th-cam.com/video/HFnEYhbEAqg/w-d-xo.html
About one of their poignant moments: Akane: How did you feel when Kobato-san touched your hand? Saiki: My feeling? Akane: Yes. Saiki: Hmm, I just thought her hand was small (laughs). The do love each other, but show it in different ways 😂
My brother, the look of sheer happiness on your face - twice - once when the chorus hit, and again when the chorus extension kicked in! Priceless! That is how we all felt - Band-Maid slay everything that they do!
@@ChaseCarneson I think what impresses me the most about BandMaid is how almost every current and former musician that hears them...loves them. They're doing something so so right. Can't wait for October to see them L. I. V. E. Hope your trip here in US went well. Yes, check out Puzzle...normal and acoustic. The acoustic you'll need a hookup to get it from someone who has it
Looking forward to it, Chase! I'm kind of surprised the live versions of "No God" and/or "Manners/Black Hole" didn't pop up, first, but it's your channel, and I'm down for any Band-Maid song.
Fantastic to have you back to the Band Maid world. Thanks for bringing some sanity to the reactions world. You are appreciated. I listen to learn and it is people like yourself who help me to do that. Once again Thank You.
Probably what I love most about artists (any medium) that achieve this level of technical and creative mastery, and *also* clearly love both the work and their audience, is how much you can *trust* them. So (since I don't see any reason The Industry would risk "ruining" them at this point) I've zero doubt with Band Maid that every big or little detail was hand-picked from countless carefully-crafted variants and inspired happy accidents. I can be confident that trying to answer "now why'd they do that?" will improve *me* in some way, as both an artist and an appreciator.
Great to see you back... and with Band-Maid, no less! "Bubble" is certainly one of the ones that made me go "wait a minute, what the hell am I missing?" and catch up with everything they did since "Made In Japan"... Can't wait for it! So... I... well... I wait for it! Reminder ON, checked! Big thumps up! (Yes, yes, I already know it will be another great reaction with plenty of useful comments and interesting details)
I remember reading an interview about this song, and how they wrote it. They said that up to this song they always had this idea of "We are Band-Maid! We need to put more into the song" but with this they let the song breathe a little more, and felt it was a point of growing up slightly in their songwriting.
The Band-Maid "bubble" is expanding across the land... and that's a good thing because, other than their incredible music, to me they represent decency and joy -- things the world can always use more of. Good to see you back on B-M, Chase! They missed you. 😄
From Japan Welcome back Chase (^^♪ As COVID-19 is spreading all over the world, I am worried about people who will not see it on the Net. I am glad to see you. Thank you for your BAND MAID reaction at an early stage. The middle tempo hard rock "Bubble" has a special rhythm and melody and is one of my favorite song. This video has been devised a lot and I feel their love and respect for the hard rock music. I am looking forward to the release of the reaction video.
I'll never understand why there were so many people who didn't instantly love this song when it first came out. Maybe because the mix isn't perfect, but the song itself is freaking awesome! We missed ya Chase!
BAND MAID's "KI / SYOU / TEN / KETSU" KI: Impressive start to draw the audience, SHOU: Presenting the main rhythm and melody, TEN: Impressive change, KETSU: Representing and finale of the main theme. BAND MAID spares no effort in making everything cool. And they enjoy it. "KI / SYOU / TEN / KETSU" is said to be the basis of writing sentences, and we learn how to do it from elementary school in Japan.
20-20-20-25 hrs to go-o-ooo, I wanna be sedated! Yay, Chase doing Band-Maid! Always a good time to be had, preemptive Thumbs Up awarded! I forgot you'd never gotten to Bubble.. IMO, not only one of Kanami's catchiest riffs, but possibly the most.. Bubbly?
After this reaction I feel like getting back on "Bubble" again. Great reaction, always great comments and reminders. "REAL EXISTENCE" blew me away and "Bubble" helped a bunch to dig into them and make me a proud Maidiac in a very short time. This was one of those bands that I really wanted to have vinyls from... something about the live raw elements, the way the little things are left without "cleaning" through production. I guess the way Band-Maid starts their whole journey it's a sort of "this is how this is going to be"... "Be OK" from 2014's very first mini album "Made In Japan" starts like they are still sound checking. And on their latest album "Unseen World" a really nice sound effect is on the first second of "I Still Seek Revenge" that just sounds like you just lowered the needle onto the vinyl and it starts off. Lucky for all of the vinyl lovers, they are releasing 5 albums on vinyl, so we'll have that delicious scratchy sound on a big amount of their songs. Anyway, always love your reactions, sometimes I'm waiting for "those" parts where I know you'll be hit by something special, other times I just feel like "I want to listen to this again" after you point out some missed details. Always awesome. Cheers Chase!
Great reaction. One thing I think Band-Maid does so well is building longevity into their songs. By which I mean, we're going to naturally key in on the vocals, the general beat, hooky riffs, and any solos on the first round of listens (which given how much they cram in just structurally could be dozens or even scores of times). But when we pretty much have all those engraved in our memory and it loses a bit of freshness because it's so familiar...there's another layer beneath all the stuff that grabs our attention right off the bat to discover, at least with good speakers or headphones. One case in point here being the syncopation of the guitar in the second verse, and how it interlocks with the drums and bass. Song structure and vocal harmonies often fall into this category too. And then there's a third layer of subtle stuff like the way that drum rings at the very end. To a degree where it takes multiple musician reactors and commenters to point out everything. Of course if every nuance of a song becomes too familiar...they have a hundred other songs with the same depth to go listen to, and then when one comes back it sounds fresh again because there's no way to remember and expect every detail. Also there are other bands doing this too and thankfully we have reactors like Chase pointing it out so that - if we're at all open-minded - we don't fall into the self-centered fallacy of thinking "If it doesn't grab me on a broad, first-impression level just because it's not my favorite style, it's objectively not as good." He's certainly helped me expand my musical horizons.
Band-Maid just makes you happy. It's so good, both light and heavy at the same time. Too light, wait 30 seconds... too heavy, wait another 30 seconds. So dynamic! Love it! Keep doing them PLEASE!
Glad to have you back. As a music loving non musician, some of the details you point out can go over my head. I don't care. Bottom line is this, you help me understand and appreciate the genius of this band. Discovered them in March of this year. I now consider them my favourite band of the last 30 years. Any Bandmaid reaction you do means I'll be there for sure. Cheers from Canada
MAIDIACS - Be nice. We sit through a hundred vapid wastes of time due to our enjoyment of the band, and now we get someone of substance and impact again. Don't whinge if it's not the song you wanted. Enjoy the commentary, because odds are he'll teach you something.
Premiere announcement for a video of Chase on Band-Maid? ... So tomorrow can only be a good day, and I'm so looking forward to it! 🙋🏻♂️ 【 'Our rock never dies ever. Forever!' - from BAND-MAID 'Manners' 】🕊️
I'm glad you're back my friend! I understand you've been through a difficult time and I'm glad that you took some time to heal. I'm so happy to see the joy on your face when you react to good music. I listen to bands like Bandmaid, Lovebites, Nemophila, and Wagakki Band because they always put a smile on my face - no matter what the day has been like. And isn't that what music is supposed to do. Look forward to many more reactions from you. Be well!
So very glad you're back at it sir, you were very much missed. Everyone must prioritize themselves of course, so just very glad to have your knowledge back with us. You're looking well, and as usual you're commentary is greatly appreciated sir. Be your best you always !
I remember Ryan Mear(?) said what he found interesting with them. Though they followed a popular direction, they always do something unexpected, so though you second guess their next move, they will alway contradict you. And those 3 at the back... Awesome! Just when i a few days ago listened to "DICE" again and heard that MISA did a riff on her bass, then went into something new, then Kanami went into her previous pattern and spinned around it. BTW... good to see you're feeling yourself again!
We are all so glad to have you back. And I am so glad to have you back with Band-Maid. Chase doing Chase things while watching Band Maid do Band Maid things. It's going to be a damn good day.
Chase, m'man, welcome back from your hiatus. I learn every time I listen to you. But I also admit it's great having someone who knows what he's talking about validating my musical taste LOL. I know a lot of Band Maid fans aren't wild about this song, but I liked it from the get-go: when this video premiered. One of many nice things about B-M, IMHO, is that there's something for everyone. Agree: they aren't, and don't have to be the greatest musicians and vocalists, but they are all damn good, and the whole is even better than the sum of the very good parts. And dammit, they really know how to craft a song for emotional impact. BTW: I noticed your eyebrows go waaaay up during the chorus. Already a fan of the song when I saw them live, I remember being actually shocked (yeah, shocked) when Saiki (and Miku probably) hit those high notes. If anyone in the audience had been holding a wine glass...
If I may - and I will: 1). Welcome back. 2) TH-cam needs more of Chase Carneson going full in on an air drum chorus run. 3). “From so simple a beginning endless forms most beautiful have been and are…being evolved”…4). On to your Jinjer video.
I am happy your back. Your expressions and movement is how I feel listening to a Band Maid song. Bubble is definitely one of my favorites. Just when you think you have them figured out, they change it. And that's what I love about them. Even a basic simple song for them keeps me intrigued and wondering what's coming next. Love these women. Now I'm just waiting to see them live in person. Great reaction.
So nice to have you back Chase. Your comments at 10:55 are exactly the reason I come back to your reactions more than others. You don’t just react and jump around. You give us an instructive and intelligent analysis and I come out of it feeling I have learned something every time. And in the case of Band-Maid, for instance, I get to appreciate songs I already loved on new level after you run through it. And I not only learn about the song or the band, but about music period. So: Thank you! 😀👍
First of all, WELCOME BACK CHASE! Secondly, this is my favourite song off "Conqueror." The change of pace ion this song always keeps you interested. A couple of things, the step down where Saiki is "talking" is amazing for the drums by Akane, they are simple, but keep the time. There is a double tap for each hit. During the final chorus where the energy picks back up, the bridge by Misa between the first chorus and the second chorus is brilliant. It ties it all together. Her sound steps up to the second chorus. Love it. Finally, after the last chorus, they tie all up nicely by coming back to the original riff. It's brilliant. Thank you for reacting to this one. Enjoyed it a lot.
i love watching your reaction videos. i learn something everytime you stop and elucidate your knowledge to us. You explain things really well for even the non-musicians or those with limited education on it. Thank you for doing what you do, keep up the great work as always. From what i heard and read, this is supposed to be a tribute to Queen. i love the song no matter what, they are amazing and you are too.
For some reason, I can’t sink my teeth into Band Maid like I want to, but enjoy them if they come on. They are so talented and so amazingly hard working and their enthusiasm when they play is great. Again, not necessarily my favorite but absolutely respect their talent and commitment. The drummer is just so fun to watch! She’s my favorite part of this group I think. This song though…this one might be my favorite that came across my ears from Band Maid. I could put this song on while I’m going for a run and I know it will provide me that second wind when I’m dying at the end. It’s a banger for sure. Thanks for the video and conversation. Have a damn good day!
Hey Chase, wanted to thank you for doing what you do. Sadly, I was at Band-Maid's first overseas concert at Sakura-con 2016, but I pretty much forgot about them after going back to the daily grind of the Navy. I only rediscovered them after watching your Onset video last year and I've been hooked ever since.
The performances (and detailing) within the structure not only shows the work they put in, but the creativity. It strikes me that I'm hearing a little of everything that has come before. Particularly in a groove song like this. Students of the craft.
Yo! This was amazing! I missed these. I know I mostly just watch the BAND-MAID stuff but I do overall enjoy all the work you put into your videos. Im always amazed at how you breakdown/analyze all parts of the songs. Welcome back and I look forward to more!
Chase, sooo great to see you back in the reaction scene. And reacting to Band-Maid. Love how you break things down and the enthusiasm you bring to your videos. Happy to see all the new videos you are going to be creating.
Welcome back Chase, really missed your reacts and I hope you're doing well :D I didn't see anyone else mention this in the comments, but this whole music video is a homage to Freddy Mercury/Queens They released it after the movie Bohemian Rhapsody came out and the video is filled with references, for example the picture at the beginning was a recreation of the movie poster or iconic scenes like pouring beer on the drums. Keep up being you, and just enjoy making content. I know there are some lets say not so nice fans when it comes to band maid, but I want you to know that there are big fans that like to hear your criticisms and opinions about them✌
I like how you always like and never don't like, whatever you listen. Also makes us to like instead not like. Thanks for that, among all other goodies you bring to us (with your joy & pauses). Long live the pauses! Patiently waiting the next one, whatever and whenever that will be.
For me, it's more about appreciating it vs liking it. I genuinely enjoy most kinds of music, even if it's not my exact vibe. Always appreciate the effort that goes in.
@@ChaseCarneson You know too well how powerful words are. Since you always use positive expressions (often like), it modifies the mindset of your listeners. I appreciate and like that. I've noticed the efect: Band-Maid is not my cup of coffee, but starts to be a cup of tea, as you teach to listen in a appreciative way, showing what and why to like.
Also, moments like 9:53 are why I always love coming back to this channel. Such pure o__o! energy and then absolute fun and jamming. A lot of good info, and I enjoy watching you break down a song immensely. Hope all is well and glad to see you back.
Yes, BandMaid has a acoustic version of "Puzzle". I have been trying to get your friend Julie Nilon to react to it because it really showcases Saiki's voice. You can really tell Kanami is deeply intense because it is only her guitar and Saiki's voice, well worth the listen.
9:35 I noticed this very recently. Akane's snare roll into the chorus, instead of being an 8 count/hit fill its only 4. Small thing but just one more thing I'm still picking up on with just this one song.
Glad to see you back, Chase. My heart goes out to you for the loss of your nephew(?). I know he is in a better place free of pain and sorrow. Great reaction ( as always). God bless from an appreciative Maidiac.
Love your Band-Maid reactions, I’ve watched them all (almost). I’m not musically trained, but their songs are satisfying. I love seeing how you appreciate them on another level above, which educates my ears as well. I’m sure others have said before, but Kanami, the lead guitarist, is the main architect behind just about all their songwriting (drum and bass parts are arranged by Akane and Misa). She is a huge music nerd and pushes herself very hard, which in turn pushes the other members to get better and improve. None of them are content with staying stagnant. They all want to do more and progress and improve. Miku (Rhythm) writes all the lyrics, and does a really good job. Excited to see more BM from you for the reasons above. I’ll throw my hat in for No God (Live) on their channel. Have a great day!
You mentioned about those tiny details from real instrument actually being played being left in the studio recording. Reminds me being touched when I pick up a tiny noise from lifting off piano paddle(with noisy spring) at the end of the last song from George Michael's album Patient ( Song called "patient part2" or something). That was so beautifully done. And I echo big time when you mention those details that make a song extra special. P.S. Nice to know you are excited and feeling motivated again. There is nothing better than seeing you being passionated about music and makeing video. What a treat for my Friday night
Their newest album is much harder . It is called Unseen World. As per Band Maid, every song is awesome in its own unique way. Play Black Hole, Manners, Afterlife, or Warnning. But thats just the top of the iceberg. Blessings to you and yours!
I think it’s a special moment when a band blows you away… as much as how well you know their writing styles and thematic motifs, they still move you with their delivery… I’m talking specifically 13:31 on with the slow buildup after the solo… incredible!!
Chase: I'm using my vast pool of knowledge to try to predict what's coming next in this song. BAND-MAID: We know you are. Keep trying. >_O ˢᵃᶦᵏᶦ ʷᶦⁿᵏ *Do!!! Puzzle!!! Next!!!*
Oh, I'll be ready for this...with my Friday night 'chippy tea'. I'll critique my battered-cod...and watch Chase doing Chase things :-) (Any B-M song, any age, any time. No bad ones...they keep fresh. Bubble is a beauty)
Great job as always! You doing the live Manners/Black Hole video would be a dream reaction. I really enjoy that you explain how the technical stuff that’s going on correlates to the mood of the song. It’s not just, “this is what the guitarist, or bass, or vocalist is doing” (there’s certainly a place for that though). It’s, this what they’re doing, this is how they’re doing it, and this is the mood they’re creating by doing it. It’s fantastic stuff. So, thank you.
Hi. Chase! I love the sincere reaction that people like you who are familiar with music and performance do not hide their surprises every time. I'm really happy every time you come back to BAND-MAID reaction. I also love their composition, which is calculated in detail and overturns common sense.
I love how these girls are always changing things up. Some bands have the tendency to sound about the same between songs. Always something new here. So much talent.
I love your reactions. It is great to watch the reactions from someone who appreciates all the little things in their music. Sometimes I wonder if I'm the only one who hears their songs that way... then I see reactions like yours and know I'm not alone. Welcome back. Don't be a stranger.
The pray hands and saying please,.after getting hyped and pointing up with the biggest damned smile Fuck yeah dude!!! The was so Pure, and beautiful. Never change. 🤟🏻
Funny that you used the 'ride' analogy, because to me each of their songs remind me of a roller coaster ride, with changes is speed, drops, and direction. It's a great trip each time.
I will be getting my ass out of bed at 5 30am for this!... Absolutely love this gem. Looking forward to having your face back on YT Chase, and of course getting a musical education at the same time. And looking forward to Band Maid doing Band Maid things. 🔥🖤
This is one of my favorite songs by Band-Maid. Lost of people prefer their harder, heavier, faster songs, but for me, their slower, almost bluesy tunes (Bubble, Manners, etc.) are the ones that excite me the most.
Agree. I prefer their slower songs and their ballads (Wonderland, Daydreaming, and the two songs you mentioned) myself. But to the people who do prefer their more fast and furious songs: to each their own.
Glad to see you returning to Band-Maid! Visually, this is my favorite of their music videos. Lots of shots that I find stunning, like Akane playing the drums with champagne on them, or Misa playing bass while lying on the carpet. You mentioned Puzzle, which is my favorite Band-Maid song of all time, so I would love to hear your analysis of it, both the regular version and the acoustic version.
I love your reaction videos. A lot of the time I'm hearing these songs for the first time as well and I get wrapped up in your excitement and enjoyment, and it's an absolute joy to be along the ride with you. A lot of reaction videos will either being super analytical and without feeling or just pure emotion and nothing super deep technical wise, but your videos are the perfect merriment of the two. Glad to have you back!
Ah, Chase. First thanks for all these Band Maid reactions. Because they're part technical yet super heartfelt. The way you move during your videos, when you go full-on with that big smile, like you're 5 years again on a Christmas eve morning, astounded by everything... That's a real treat. That's so nice to witness. Thanks again.
Thanks for adding to my appreciation of this song. Everyone has their own reasons (conscious or not) for liking a song or not - I remember this one got mixed reactions at best from Maidiacs - I liked it from the get-go. Love the main gt riff, the changes, and, of course, every Maid's contribution to this song.
I took a bit of a break from watching reactions and reviews. I'm sort of back now, and I love to see that you're back at it too, Chase. Every time I hear your thoughts, technical breakdown, and pointing out things I hadn't noticed, I want more. Thanks for making these
Getting to this late, but so good to have you back Chase, and sharing Band-Maid. I love this song, always did. But your analysis added to my appreciation of it. As always.
It's always nice to hear what you have to say about BAND-MAID, Chase. I can't wait for you to get up to their last release on TH-cam, that live double shot of Manners (which I'm pretty sure you're reacted to the official video for) and Black Hole. I'm positively giddy with anticipation of watching you hear Black Hole for the first time. When you get to it. No rush. :)
So glad to have your Reactions ☺️ back on my daily " to do " list. I have also been away from my music for a bit ( 90 yr old Mom was in hospital ) ! I didn't know that you were dealing with a lot of negativity !!??? Sorry, dear friend, you definitely don't deserve THAT. Moving on. WOW, how awesome is THIS band ? Hell, yes on the syncopated party and intense distortion...so much fun for the Brain !!! To be honest, is my first time hearing them ! I'm a Nightwish Army gal whose hanging out with YOU today, just cuz , and of course I am having a blast !!! Brilliant breakdown ☺️ of such a great, good-time song !!! Loving it !!! Saiki: Hmm, I just thought her hand was small (laughs).

Now that’s funny. And it sounds just like something Saiki would say!💪🏻🤘🏻
I second a reaction to Nemophila!
I checked it out, but I am afraid Band-Maid has ruined a lot of other music for me, like everything sounds generic compared to them haha
My brother, the look of sheer happiness on your face - twice - once when the chorus hit, and again when the chorus extension kicked in! Priceless! That is how we all felt - Band-Maid slay everything that they do!
Even with songs i've heard thousands of times, Chase never fails to make me hear them in a different light, I appreciate him so much for that!
And I appreciate you too!
@@ChaseCarneson I think what impresses me the most about BandMaid is how almost every current and former musician that hears them...loves them. They're doing something so so right. Can't wait for October to see them L. I. V. E.

Fantastic to have you back to the Band Maid world. Thanks for bringing some sanity to the reactions world. You are appreciated. I listen to learn and it is people like yourself who help me to do that. Once again Thank You.
My pleasure! Good to be back.
From Japan Welcome back Chase (^^♪
As COVID-19 is spreading all over the world, I am worried about people who will not see it on the Net.
Great post, sir.
Fantastic video. A pleasure to see you back and in good spirits. A hug. Thanks for sharing a Band Maid song with us again.
Thanks for taking the time to listen!
I LOVE your opening statement!!
OMG!! What an amazing song. As an aspiring bass player, I am really impressed by the bass in this song, both the playing and the tone.... WOW!

Be well!

You're looking well, and as usual you're commentary is greatly appreciated sir. Be your best you always !

Seeing you get in on every buildup to every Band-Maid chorus is so genuine and delightful. These ladies really are special.
This is going to be a good one. The quirky main riff up against a rip your face off sing along chorus is going to be glorious.

Glad to have you back, Chase. I learn so much about the music through your ears.
i love watching your reaction videos. i learn something everytime you stop and elucidate your knowledge to us.
OMG how i love Chase. His energy gives me a whole new appreciation of the song and i get weirdly excited at the same time . 😁
Yo! This was amazing! I missed these. I know I mostly just watch the BAND-MAID stuff but I do overall enjoy all the work you put into your videos. Im always amazed at how you breakdown/analyze all parts of the songs.

Welcome back Chase, really missed your reacts and I hope you're doing well :D
I didn't see anyone else mention this in the comments, but this whole music video is a homage to Freddy Mercury/Queens
They released it after the movie Bohemian Rhapsody came out and the video is filled with references, for example the picture at the beginning was a recreation of the movie poster or iconic scenes like pouring beer on the drums.
Keep up being you, and just enjoy making content.
I know there are some lets say not so nice fans when it comes to band maid, but I want you to know that there are big fans that like to hear your criticisms and opinions about them✌
The whole reaction was great, nice!

@@ChaseCarneson You know too well how powerful words are. Since you always use positive expressions (often like), it modifies the mindset of your listeners. I appreciate and like that.
Just saw this and I am already getting hyped to see it in 22+ hours.
That chorus hit slightly different and slightly harder every time - Love it! 👀🤩
Happy you finally got to see their queen tribute. They are the legend they are referring to, all the video cuts are copies of the bohemian movie
So glad to see you back and better than ever. Your passion for music is truly infectious.

Hi. Chase!

Glad to have you back.
I love your reaction!! I'm literally jumping and kicking the first time I heard this song too
