    Hello everyone, greetings from Elif's kitchen! Today, I will share with you an amazing recipe for tender liver sauté. With this recipe, you'll discover the most delicious way to cook liver. Let's get started!
    #### Ingredients
    - 1 kilogram lamb liver
    - 100 grams internal fat (optional: can use tail fat)
    - 2 medium-sized onions
    - 5-6 green peppers (mixed)
    - 1 large red pepper
    - 1 teaspoon salt
    - 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
    - 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
    - 1 teaspoon cumin
    - Half a teaspoon black pepper
    #### Instructions
    1. Clean the membrane of the liver and cut it into cubes.
    2. Place the chopped liver in a strainer to drain the blood.
    3. Cut the internal fat into small pieces. You can use tail fat instead of internal fat.
    4. Put the chopped internal fat into the pan and fry on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it releases its oil and becomes lightly browned.
    5. Separate the residue part of the internal fat onto a plate.
    6. Add the chopped liver to the remaining internal fat in the pan and fry on high heat until it changes color.
    7. When the liver changes color and releases its juice, cover the pan and cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it absorbs the juice. About 12 minutes.
    8. Add the onions, cut into half-moon shapes, and fry for a few minutes.
    9. Cut the green peppers and red pepper into medium-sized pieces and add to the pan. Fry on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the peppers and onions soften slightly.
    10. Add salt, ground red pepper, crushed red pepper, cumin, and black pepper. Adjust the amount of spices to your taste.
    11. Continue to fry on low heat for a few more minutes, then remove from the stove.
    12. Serve the liver sauté hot on a serving plate with piyaz (bean salad) and tomatoes.

    - Thoroughly cleaning the membrane of the liver is important. This ensures the liver remains tender during cooking.
