Iv'e missed you so Philippe !! Iv'e found you again...and I'll never let you go!! Always considered you among the best...and you still are!! Stellar band play. Simon and Pino are wonderful...God speed...I'm listening and practicing!!
Hi Philippe, I was present at this concert (and on the DVD :-) ). It was an amazing experience, up and close with some of my favorite musicans. Thanks for sharing your great music!
I don't know much about jazz, but I do know I really like the strong beat and punch Phillippe Saisse's music has compared to a lot of other jazz - it's really energizing and positive! Thanks, great!
A little Jan Hammer influence on minimoog but such a larger sound palette you produce. Thoroughly enjoyed this and will definitely explore more... thank you all!
The keyboard guy is Jan Hammer's reincarnation...but also adds a full harmonic background. A complete musician with the BEST rhythm section available...
I was at the concert in Zoetermeer: it was amazing. But ... DVD soon to be released?? 11 years later I'm not aware there is any DVD of PSP live. Is it still to be released, I really hope so!
In the 90's you guys were in Japan. Tokyo FM broadcasted that show. I have it on cassette. Love it. (just wish the guitar had a better tone). That led me to buy your CD's. Weren't you on David Sanborn's TV too?
Zildjian Armand, a special line developed with/for Simon. Similar to As but a little lighter and brighter. Some (but not all) were available for purchase... you can find some on ebay every now and then
Simon Phillips is the most musical drummer I have ever heard.
That 11/8 groove is so captivating! I was just in a state of awe in that middle section!
The keyboard player is a superhuman
Pino’s Bassline is me Ultimate Favourite 🎉🎉🎉

killer groove
Palladino is a very well known bassist who’s played with just about anybody. He’s been around that long.
I want this DVD too! The link is outdated.
良いですね。スリリングな感が特に好きです。
so happy you released the video footage this year! You guys had a killer tour in 2011! What's needed to draw you guys back together for a revival? ;-)
So wild how each of Simon's limbs works independently of each other...
Rare "open-handed" technique. Only B Cobham and a few others have mastered it!
Pino on Fender Jaguar Bass...cool!
Ohh!! Simon Phillips!!

Is this gig on DVD yet??? Awesome...
Is there s transcription of the drumpart anywhere? I find it hard to make out the exact ghostnotes on the snare in the verse.

What peddle is Pino using on this cut? It sounds great, nice tight low end synth sound
+Lindsey John I suspect it is a Boss OC-2
International SuperStar Soccer Pro Evolution
Who is the keyboard player? I reconize the rythm section, Phillips and Palladino but the keyboardist i don't.
The keyboard player is Philippe Saisse. PSP stands for Phillips, Saisse & Palladino. Saisse is also the owner of this channel.
@@ChrisCarterWanderinChild Never heard of the guy but he is an amazing keyboard player.
