I can relate. I only have a few friends that even likes hip hop/rap. But they don't appreciate lyrics, flows, cadence etc. They only listen to the beat and if it sounds catchy. They don't know anything about rap even though they claim they are hardcore fans.

I just want to say that not everyone breaks out in a song and dance or swing their arms around when they hear something good or great.
I for one just look and listen. Even if it's great or mind blowing I'm the same.
But because I don't go crazy while I'm watching doesn't mean that I'm not understanding nor not liking it, that's just how I am.
That girl was Super shy and that how shyness makes people act sometimes.
I'm also shy and I don't like being in the center of things or up front .
