I was watching a video on TH-cam from the DW Food channel on the little Swedish meatballs launched today. After 1.5 minutes I was thinking noooo we ( I am Dutch Indonesian) do it better! A quick search on Indonesian meatball Goreng or Bakso Bakar and I found lots of examples, including yours, on the internet and on TH-cam. Give the search a try.

Fantastic video! Amazing production quality & lighting, beautiful kitchen with the gas stove, cast-iron pan and pacing/ explanations as well. Hope you get a lot more subscribers! I'm definitely going to try these, I printed out the recipe. Hopefully my local Asian store carries these ingredients. Heerlijk!

Indonesian cuisine has had a very strong influence on Dutch cuisine, resulting in all kinds of delicious foods, including these 'indonesian meatballs'.

This is probably the old version of Batagor (Bakso Tahu Goreng)
