Videos like this are perfect for people who don’t have the opportunity to be there in real life. Great work! I was there on opening day but it’s nice to see the service under more “normal” conditions.
Route suggestion: Abbey Wood to Stanmore: Elizabeth Line to Whitechapel Hammersmith & City Line to Baker Street Jubilee Line to Stanmore This is a good way of honouring the queen. When I last wrote something similar I had medicine and was having a hypermanic episode which meant I was awake at three in the morning. Tell me who else wants to honour the dead queen. When it’s the Kings coronation maybe Omari you could go to Kings Cross and do a journey from Kings Cross to Hatton Cross via Green Park. Put a thumb up who agrees to that route.
I went last week and it is a smooth ride. It doesn't feel like London Underground at all - too silent, too straight. The train creates a Bladerunner-esque soundscape, which is really interesting.
Maybe in 100-200 years from now, all the tunnels will be like that. Would be nice, I hope they can at least replace the rolling stock so we get more air conned trains

I will be going on the Elizabeth Line in the summer. I think that Transport for London should allow trains from Shenfield to operate to Reading and Heathrow Terminal 4 & Terminal 5 later this year and from Abbey Wood to Reading and Heathrow Terminal 4 & Terminal 5.
@@PatrickMapper That would be great. Because I can get the Greater Anglia train from Rayleigh and change at Shenfield or Stratford and to use the Elizabeth Line.
Trains from Shenfield will be terminating at Paddington/Liverpool St Mainline only, only the Abbey Wood branch will have direct trains to Heathrow & Reading. Crossrail have a 2023 service pattern plan for the Elizabeth Line on their site.
The problem is the trains. Crossrail has multiple different signalling systems and they need the trains to appear and vaniish on the different signalling systems...without the train thinking it has lost contact with the signalling systems and applying the emergency breaks. The government should have just paid to have the signals updated instead, so that we had more simple trains.
It is on the Paddington Main Line rails at the moment, soon enough it will all link up and you can hop on from Abbey Wood and go directly to Heathrow or Reading.
Let's all push our MPs for radical investment in transport across the UK. It should all have been done last century. But now we can have a Crossrail-like line openiing in a different UK city, every few years, until all of our cities are done.
Why cant you add this video to your livestream video u created 2 years ago and same 2 the other videos you have done over the last 3 months as they missing on livestream Please reply back asap
I remember when they introduced that. They actually did it to help partially sighted people figure out where the doors were, but it made all the older trains look so much better than they used to look.
The Elizabeth Line isn't a london underground line. It uses its own roundel in its own colour, different to the Underground roundel. The new line is a new transport system of its own. Its even part of the National Rail network, like London Overground.
His 24/7 livestream is outdated anyways LOL, literally his latest upload from the livestream was the Metropolitan line/Chiltern Journey from Uxbridge to Marylebone. Plus his livestream is filled with online daters and he ain’t doing nothing abt it.

Absolutely beautiful architecture on those stations. Makes me excited for the new Grand Central Station that'll be opening in Belfast in 2024!
I swear he worked for TFL for the Trial Operations and the opening day.

Are you working on the Elizabeth line?? I saw a person in Geoff's video who did announcements at Paddington, and it looked like you:)

Soon, Abbey Wood and Woolwich will be connected to Heathrow Airport! Southeast London will be famous!
Brilliant camera work,well done.
It’s quite nice going on the Elizabeth line but I never really been on the Elizabeth Line
you can tell its not a tube line because tube trains dont have See It, Say It, Sorted announcements
The Overground has the BTP “See/Say It, Sorted” announcements also.
Can you make some interchanges from Crossrail to deep underground stations Liverpool Street, Tottenham C. R. and in future Bond Street?
Have they still not fixed the signalling issue,is that why the liz line is currently in three sections..
Yes. There is a problem with the signalling at the Paddington portal. Once that's sorted then all three sections will be linked up.

Yes, it is very nice. Pity that the rest of us have to travel on crappy trains.

do like the white tube trains with the red doors better as they look better

Hi Omani. I am on my helpers phone and she said I can save comments like what’s will be your next TFL route to be done
