NAAN eggless Cara buat roti naan di dapur biasa

4 cups all purpose flour ( sieved)
1 tbsp castor sugar
1 tbsp instant dry yeast ( i use SAF)
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil ( can use any vegetable oil)
1/2 cup yogurt ( i use FARM FRESH yogurt)
150 ml water roughly...until you get a soft comfortable dough
Mint sauce
Mint leaves 1 cup
coriander leaves 1/2 cup
Green chillies 3
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Yogurt 1 to 2 tbsp ( optional)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice from half lemon
