Nice review, it looks a fairly big machine. Good to see the access and servicing unlike the review that wet-wipe Olly did. He couldn’t review a potato.
Nice review George 👍 only thing I noticed on the machine was when u were dumping an crowding the bucket it looked as if there was a helluva side to side travel on the joystick 🤔👍👍
Hi George, one thing that I noticed straight away is how much quieter this Case is inside the cab than the Merlo. I know you commented before that you did not think the Merlo was over noisy, but the lack of transmission whine from this Case is very noticeable just in this short video. It must make for a less stressful time in say the period of a week if one was spending many hours a day in the cab?
It's all to do with microphones and what they pick up as well as the Merlo being hydrostatic. The Merlo was overall probably slightly quieter if you were actually driving.
I was going for a 542-70 until my dealer told that it is exactly the same with the 532-70. Same axles same wheelbase same dimensions same pumps. He told me that somehow jcb adds more back weight to the machine that it can be able to lift the extra 1t. Because of the extra weight (1t) 542-70 has more fuel consumption so i choose 532-70 because i will not lift 4 tones in any case. Maybe its the same thing for the farmlift. Great review as always.
We have the blue version on one farm. Initially a 15 plate one with less than 3000 hrs, it was endless trouble and went back to the dealer after 2 months, where it's still in the workshop with its entire wiring loom spread across the floor. It was exchanged for a 68 plate one with 700 hrs, so far it has suffered from chafed earth wiring that blanked the dash, and has been in the dealers workshop since lastTuesday due to losing all its brake fluid into one of the axles 😕
Had that exact same loader from Collings Bros before you! Felt it was quite big and bulky and the turning circle wasnt too good. Other than that, very nice machine!
Iv spent quite a bit of time on the nh version. Ironically at the same farm that had the merlo cs. Felt a solid stable machine working the pit but I could never get on with the joystick. Cant explain it just never just seemed to have the buttons in the right place for me. The gearbox seemed to have it's own mind to and liked to argue with me alot
Looks a reasonable machine not sure about the fuel/ad blu fillers location but hey ho, still think you’ll have to go a long way to beat JCB for a loader tho.
Enjoy CaseIH review, looks great, bit different to New Holland, best features are mud guards with keeping back clean from mud building up on chassis, interior is bit clumsy it should had touch screen for functions with cup holder n lockway storage. Differently bigger telehandler especially big footprint when loading n unloading from height. But big let down is aircon switches they were things that stuff up on Boss NH telehandler.
Are you going to have a look at Kramer loaders? Meant to be pretty good. But personally I've spent to much time in a JCB I dont think I could easily persuaded to come away form JCB.But good video never seen a case loader before only new Holland
I've been using the 742 everyday to feed my 220 cows and other jobs as hauling bales and alot other stuff and im not really impressed. I hate the powershift. The only thing the poweshift is good for is going into the mais with a overload grab. Speakers is already blown after 1300 hours since last year. Been made alot of service and damn their windshield wiper goes crazy off trac. In my time the windshild wiper has been changed 4 times. And then is just top og the ice.. I dont really like it
Gee, you had me sold, until you said no cup / mug holder. Now I'm not buying one. Just kidding, but it is a nice loader and though skidsteers have their place, this is a bit nicer for the bigger stuff. Thank you for sharing this with us.
this is a bit off topic, but both you boys were talking Milwaukee a few weeks back. Is this a good offer on Screwfix? www.screwfix.com/p/milwaukee-m18-cblpp2a-502c-18v-5-0ah-li-ion-redlithium-brushless-cordless-combi-drill-impact-driver-twin-pack/229hv
A L There are a fair few sites that would beat that price. I'm looking at the 1/2" impact next although several followers have asked about cheaper impacts and if they are any good so I'm actually tempted to buy and try out the Ryobi for 6 months for those who don't want to buy the top end stuff.
A L Ryobi are actually owned by TTI who own Milwaukee. The 1/2" isn't so powerful but for general farm use it might be worth a look so I'll probably do the review in the next few weeks.
@@torquingpoint5057 it's a new line so I feel once they get a name for themselves I think they'll be a popular choice given that a top spec 38.70hf agri is only £66,500 and 5 years interest free finance with a 5 year warranty as well
10x more informative than ollys farms review of what is the same machine just new Holland’s version - good job
Every one dose a better reveiw then ollys farm a vicar could do a better reveiw then ollys farm

George great video mate great looking machine you need a cup holder 4 a good cup of Yorkshire tea to start the day i got your Cadbury creme eggs 👍👍👍
Nice review George 👍 only thing I noticed on the machine was when u were dumping an crowding the bucket it looked as if there was a helluva side to side travel on the joystick 🤔👍👍
Thanks for sharing George.
Looks a nice machine that. I like the tray below the heater controls, it's ideal for Creme Eggs!

Is just like the New Holland??

Good comprehensive review George, looking forward to seeing muckers review of the manitou. 👍
Had that exact same loader from Collings Bros before you! Felt it was quite big and bulky and the turning circle wasnt too good. Other than that, very nice machine!
Sure if you flip the weight charts over it reveals a cup holder about the only thing I liked on the one we demoted.

I blame your mucky thumbs H-s! 😉😂
Looks a nice tidy machine. They’re built by liebherr who also build the class scorpion machines. Could also supply 1 or 2 other manufacturers too
No they're built by CNH in their construction equipment factory in Italy.
Haw can i calibrate the arm? Any idea?
Torquing Point I thought I’d read some where that CNH had gotten involved with Liebherr in the Telehandler side. I’m open to correction. 😊👍
That's very nice, including the makeup mirror on the front screen !!!
Looks a reasonable machine not sure about the fuel/ad blu fillers location but hey ho, still think you’ll have to go a long way to beat JCB for a loader tho.
its even got those gloves you like put an order in

great looking machine George pity going to get all mucked up they have a hard life don't stay in that condition for long. S C UK.

Mucka will be looking at the Kramer once he's finished with the Manitou.
Looks a nice loader. You should definitely try a manitou loader. I think u would like them they are very comfortable and reliable
Manitou vid is just about completed Dan 😉
@@LordMuck i need to see CLAAS, i mean, are they as good as the best ones out there?
I'm not sure if we will look at the Class or not, we've got a few others to do yet but I may look into it.
Cant wait to see that👍👍😄 Keep up the good work!!!!
I think the lights on the mudguards are a bad idea, tend to bump the mudguards a lot will be more costly if the lights get smashed as well
Looks a nice machine but I'd say out of all of them jcb are still the one to beat when buckraking grass keeping upto a self propelled

The tool boxes will be needed
We have a 16 plate one. Not had an issue with It. It’s not great but it’s been reliable
Nice review heard they're a bit thirsty on fuel than jcb? 🤔 👍
have you tried kramer
you say about equipment outsizing farms its ashame they don't make a bigger skidsteeer for these smaller farm yards
Gee, you had me sold, until you said no cup / mug holder. Now I'm not buying one. Just kidding, but it is a nice loader and though skidsteers have their place, this is a bit nicer for the bigger stuff. Thank you for sharing this with us.
Very clumsy looking machine, just can’t see those or new Holland’s being a popular choice against competitors! But again a good review of the machine
Looks the same as the New Holland!
Any benefits over it?
If you're George, it matches your gloves better. 👍👍
@@LordMuck
Yeah good point 👍
Take the merlo 👍
Looks good but may be a bit big for your buildings
Merlot all day long please George!
Nice looking telehandler...how many more are you planning on demoing?
Supa Trucka George has another to do and I have 2 more.
Good video George 👍🏻
Great video Georgie boy. Lovely machine..

Lord Muck nice one mate. Top man 😊👍🏻
Very good video. Will you be having other makes on demo to?
Oliver Haines Yes we are looking to demo others but be aware that the current situation with the Corona virus is limiting what we can do.
Yes I understand the current situation, we currently run a manitou
Would there be much of a difference between the powershift and hydrostatic boxes say when your pulling with them, would the powershift have the edge?
Tom 2531306090 We have always found for continuous roadwork, a Powershift is probably the better contender.
Hi George very nice machine Gerry kelleher
Nice
Are they the same as new Holland sem similar
Basically the same machine with some slight differences but nothing major.
Torquing Point was thinking that they were
Good video 👍
Looks similar to the new Holland George
It's virtually identical except the colour and a couple of small bits.
Nice but think I prefer the Merlo
How to calibrate the arm? Any idea?
Your local CaseIH dealer
Manitou si the best!!!!!
nice video
Try a Claas Scorpion 741
George do you recon you could get a Bobcat 38.70hf agri on demo and review it?
We're looking to buy one but I want someone who has more experience with the fixed shassey system to give a good review
Maybe later in the year but they are not very popular on farms.

Unfortunately to date, Bobcat don't have the best reputation for back-up.
@@torquingpoint5057 we have never delt with them so wouldn't cuz we have had our matbro tr200 since new
Can't match merlo suspended cab.
Much prefer a jcb or manitou
