The new S Class Merc is like a Twitch streamers bedroom - ive owned S Class since 1989 and I would not have one of the news ones even if I still had a car
Beautiful version of the Phantom. I love the wheels…they remind me of the wheel covers on a Shadow or Phantom V/VI. The ceramic Spirit of Ecstasy is elegant.
Yes, you are correct. The statement could go something like I have enough money to afford the finer things in life, you could never take my chick, and my car is the highlight of your day
I only would prefer the spirit of extazy in silver instead of being in that white material, everything else is just in another level, just superb, I live the color combination and interior decoration💯
It’s absolutely wonderful, but I can’t see how even with all that bespoke fibre optic work and embroidery it’s worth 2 million dollars more than the ordinary Phantom.
@@anirudhagarwal2132 but that doesn’t, or shouldn’t, affect the initial manufacturer sales price this much. With something like the Bentley Baccalar it was stupidly expensive too, but that translates from the huge R&D costs of custom bodywork needing crash testing, new custom tooling in the factory to make those body panels, etc. being passed on to very few customers, whereas this is a standard production model where those costs are already divided by the large production number. Moreover, collectability of cars isn’t generally decided by the manufacturer at the point of sale unless they’re making something mechanically different in limited numbers. This isn’t a a special product like those Bentleys, or a limited-run hypercar, it’s just a very nice bespoke interior. So I stand by my original point, I don’t understand the truly enormous 2 million dollar premium for what amounts to nice fabric and fancy fibre optics. Or rather I do - it’s stunt pricing to attract UHNW clients who will pay anything to have something different, even when it’s not worth the vast premium.
Had a 1965 Silver Cloud from 69 through 72 and loved the car---In the world of today it simply does not feel right to spend 2.6 million dollars on any car---This Scintilla ia a magnificent car to say the least
I'd prefer the Spirit of Ecstacy in silver rather than white ceramic - the ceramic finish looks cheap. It's a lovely car but surely there's a financial limit to go to. Still if one's worried on the price point one cannot afford it.
Love the car and everything about it…..however, I would like the seat belts to be white or a matching white tone for this price. The seatbelts in that dark color are a missed detail, in my opinion and taste.
I hate to put this in the same sentence as chlamydia… But when you actually get things done and take care of it… This is why things like Rolls-Royce is exist…
Beautiful car but really? A Rolls Royce Phantom lists at $493,000. So for $1.1 million more, you get a white hood ornament and a beautiful interior. Same body, same chassis, same engine. This is a step down from Boat tail model which costs somewhere between 18 and 30 million dollars. Rolls is doing a brilliant campaign of create "one off" models of five or six editions so you can look around and see the handful of people who are as cool as you are. Not sure who is behind the marketing but it dwarfs any other car manufacturer's efforts.
La combinación de color y ese color celeste es precioso, definitivamente negro no me gusta porque no resalta el diseño las formas el esplendor del auto, así como está es divino.
Rolls-Royce should be about quality and craftmanship. When i see people spending hundreds of hours on pretentious lights that literally make the car look cheap and ugly, it disgusts me. People want to pay for quality, not fads.
Like the cheapest car, it takes you from A to B - it just means your prepared to waste more money than most people, while still vulnerable like anyone in a car- personally- i would have a luxury equipped bus instead- with a toilet and aluminium and carbon fibre roll bars and strengthening .

Its a nice car but lets be real 2.6 million is highway robbery.
What a masterpiece! Can't get more luxurious than this.
idk i was disappointed tbh
This may be the finest and purest rolls to ever roll. Its like a winter wind went through it and blessed it!!!!
Breathtaking in luxury and beauty !
I must admit that when I first saw the interior I thought they had left a protective clear covering on the seats and door cards!
💯👍
My first thought was that the seats had plastic covers. Still, a sublime car with the feminine touch.
Same I thought the protective plastic was still on, maybe not my interior design but what a beautiful car.
Yes I thought that to for a few seconds! Strange eh!
I love the ocean spray. I would want white ash wood for the dash. Love the coating on the spirit of ecstasy. Stunning.
Beautiful version of the Phantom. I love the wheels…they remind me of the wheel covers on a Shadow or Phantom V/VI. The ceramic Spirit of Ecstasy is elegant.
Respect to the digitizer of the embroidery work, and then the combination of Led's, just magnificent!
Scintilla is a beautiful name
civetta gonna sue them
so much love and appreciation to see human creativity at it's best creating leading edge fine art vehicles.
The reason its so expensive is because of how LONG it takes them to make everything. My gawd, look at them, everything they do is in slow motion!
The interior looks like a shower curtain in a hotel. 😂
@@matthewclark1337 no thing is they’re trying to put everything into a rolls royce that’s why it looks like a mess

British luxury is on another level

It still has a BMW engine in it - German and overpriced.

Anyone who can afford such beauty is one smart or ruthless individual.

I'd be tempted to get one, but the guy at the corner Jiffy Lube says they don't stock the correct filters, so it's not worth the hassle.
I live RR, but as a Dutch calvinist, I prefer a more simple RR. One without all the craziness. RR Silver Shadow I is the RR for me.
Love this masterpiece and will buy it sooner 😊
I didn’t know I wanted a phantom until I saw this…

Beautiful Rolls Royce. One complaint would be the door/seat material. It's quite reminiscent of the pattern found on public transit seating.
