You can draw both LINE and ARC continuously.

same procedure is applicable.
keep Y coordinate value as same and change X coordinate value.

If you want to plot interger as 23.430
Then apply this in text column
Text(B2,"0.000")
Where B2 is the cell id of the integer

aur mai ne khud k coordinate sheet liye the jo pahela coordinate hota hai na o run nahi hota hai aur bich me kuch coordinate k text b missing hota hai

DAL E1,N1 E2,N2 E3,N3
Where E1,N1 & E2,N2 are coordinates of two points of the dimension
and E3,N3 is the coordinate of placing of dimension usually above the line.

apply ST command and set text height first. Then apply copy and paste in autocad

Dear Imtiaz
I have added 0.5 with B5 to shift the Text Label at a distance of 0.5 m to right side. otherwise the text may overlap with the point.
Since B5 represents Easting value if we add 0.5 then the text will move 0.5m towards the east side. U can add 1m also.
Same if we add 1m wiith C5 i.e. Northing then the text will move 1m upside.
