They have taken the approach of encouraging its citizen to be healthy. I see where leaders put in regulations to limit the amount of sugar consumption , promote exercise and proper dieting. I build my house and connect water and the water is just trickling in the pipe and the water is turn to low for the poor and working class neighborhoods and NWC is pumping water from the Bullstud station and selling it to the hotels in Negril. So we the poor and working people should suffer for water. Or carry bucket go a river. I come home for one week and I had to go to the river for water and I pay NWC for water in my house. And when I go to Savlamar office and tell them that there is no water in the pipes they say the water pressure is low. So that have to address too. The pipes are old and too small to service all the neighborhoods.

And if the people are dirty in it tell the people that it will not be tolerated! That's why when people leave they do not want to comeback. Because they get no support from their own government.
