Muy buen char, de todos los chars que has hecho este es el mejor (Según Yo), es un char completo, posee buenos especiales y combos, el sistema de la barra de ira es imnovador, el sprite es genial y el Ultimate/Transformaciòn esta genial.

man I loved the character you made and it's amazing, as much as I didn't really like the design of the cosmic form, it was amazing I had some ideas like putting that shape with wings when he was half old, being able to activate the 6 arms having that attack he used against the saitama that sank him into the planet, and speaking in the cosmic way could the design be like this with only the face with the universe and kind of the chest part the rest will remain black with bandage like in the manga having those attacks like "nuclear fication " or gravitational fist" being able to have that attack in the sleeve that he makes kind of a (black hole), not to mention the portals that could be added in the desh having a caunter where he takes the punch puts a portal to where he's being thrown doing a somersault with a kick (kind of happens this in the last manga) not to mention the saitama mode. that all these "modes" could be like the one pice characters who have that hacki on / hacki off thing and of course if you made a character like that very detailed you would have to charge money for the effort spent on it. but this is just my own delusion so if you want you can ignore it (any text error and because I translated from google translator)

Otra Sugerencia en caso de que hagas a Genos (Modo Dragon Azul) me gustaría que sus Ondas de energía que lance sean de Color Azul y creo que en el Manga en su Pelea contra psykos fusionado con Orochi, Genos le lanza un Potente Rayo que sale de su Pecho y con Sus Cañones lanza un Rayo en Forma de Dragon Eléctrico Azul

Ponerle un Saitama mode o un portal con tp no lo veo necesario porque ya sus ataques en cósmicos son muy rápidos casi se teletransporta y no no are vercion 2 hay otras cosas que me planteare hacer luego de el

Nice char but cosmic fear mode Garou feels kinda unfinished i think it should have more stuff (consecutive normal punches and serious punch copied from Saitama, gravity knuckle and portal stuff copied from Blast)
