This character has been out for like a month now and I thought you would of known about him. Guess you didn't. But hey at least you found out about him. To be honest this Doctor Wily is probably one of the best characters released this year. And he is MvC1 style! My favourite MvC style! He's a bit hard to use at first but you can get use to it. I'm not really a Megaman fan but this guy is a really good representation of his series. A great 10/10 character.

He both has his english and japanese voice. If you want to change his voice to the english version, you have to open the Config file inside Wily's folder.

Now this is quite the impressive character. Whoever made this Dr. Wily really deserves props! Wonder where they got the audio from, though.

The Powered Up voice clips are pitched down for some reason. I like it.
