Humility and wisdom will always overcome agression. It may not appear so at first glance, but those who are angry will always lose thier strength over time and quickly.

one cool thing about internal martial arts is that as you get older you don't get worse, but better (if you keep practicing). but from what I have heard from people like Bruce Frantzis, the skills and knowledge that can be found in internal martial arts like Taiji have been lost or are only known by few people today.

Internal style fighting is also found in India...they call their accomplishment as hands of Shiva.

lol, xingyi, bagua, and taiji have no heritage at wudang. All three were brought after the 1920s. Terrible jouranalism!

Great film. but that one guy says that internal cultivation is something only found in China. but that is not true.

foshou citron it is interesting how some of the "best" are probably the least well known or have little attention brought to them compared to some people.

Brian O'Kongkohwer thx for the reply. I happen to agree with you. And I wonder if it is possible to get the ability back or if it is too late. That is very interesting about the old man with the concrete. I would not be surprised. Although my experience did not come from a very high level guy, but the guy could go very slow and he could poke or touch "lightly" and it would hurt like hell, almost "unbelievable" unless you get personal experience. Too bad things are getting lost throughout time. I feel like stuff like that should exist, even if it is only one person with that level of achievement. Maybe the Cosmos/God/Allah knew what was going to happen and the reason why it got lost was because no one was "worthy" of receiving the teachings because people would abuse them. Whatever the reason, it's a shame.

Just reread all of this...thanks for taking the time. very helpful. there is definitely some stuff the old timers had. This might seem strange, but I have come across a medicine man who could do all sorts of "miracles," he is dead now. but it is just like in the martial arts, the old ways are becoming lost or in the hands of so few people you could count them on one hand.

its not tru that is is only in chinese gung fu ...
several shamanism praxis all over the world and druidism knew this too.
nesicly what a taoist try to reach "feel life" is real empathy ...
you have different kind of empaths, animal, plants, grologic, cosmic, ect empaths and also karmic empaths.
to be able to feel energy is base for real shamanic work.
There is never only one way ...
only this was nearly rotten from that monotheistic desert demon religions ...
especialy hunted in inquisition and witch hunting they tried to wipe us and ouer knowledge out ... especialy a technic which I call the "placebo-technic" ...
druids was feared by the romans ... as warrior priests with magical healing power ...
well ... a fruitsugartablett dont heal you ... its your own real divine power.
this is the real innter art.
known since x thousand of years ...
