Nice video, but can you tell me how this vocoder effect can be done in Studio One? There's no sidechain in the upper right hand corner of the version of Manipulator that I have (or as of yet, I've not been able to get it to appear), and so far, all of the videos I've seen where Manipulator make the keyboard sing (with the vocal trigger muted) use side chain. Please help or advise if you can. Thanks. :)
The waves example was actually not bad at all as far as phase.. it's retaining a decent degree of mono compatibility. There are plugins that basically put it into negative phase which is a real issue.
@@trapmantv.nocopyrightmusic593 For both of you, put it on the mixer and then in the settings, set the midi input to a channel, and then open the Midi Out plugin on the channel rack and set the channel to be the same on that as in the channel on Manipulator. The original sound source HAS to be playing for you to hear anything with the midi from the Midi Out, though. It doesn't generate anything. Hope this helped.

it only sounds like newschool Infected, because they used exactly the same presets in some of their newer tracks.
So this might be low key better then izotopes vocal synth it has the same function with the midi thing

PS polyverse offer the steroizer as it's own separate plugin for free, and it's great!
Add MRhythmizer from Melda Production after Manipulator for even more mental goodness - especially some of the trancegate presets.
