TH-cam has changed the way they monetize my content. My channel now needs 1,000 subscribers so it would be amazing if you could show your support by both watching my videos and subscribing to my channel! Monetizing my videos allows me to invest back into the channel with new equipment to improve the viewing quality so a small gesture from you goes a huge way for me 😊 Many thanks for your support!
Hi Gwen, you’re too kind - thank you!! I’m glad someone enjoys my sense of humour 🤣🤣 thank you for watching and taking the time to leave a comment, it means a lot 😊🙏🏻
@@faceliftinteriors Are you located in the US? I love that fabric, is it for sale or do you sell fabric? let me know how I can get your services if its not too too expensive.
Can you please show me a close up of the finished tapered stitching please, I have been trying this for a few days and cannot quite understand what it should look like.
Thanks a lot for the video. It was very helpful. Could you confirm how many metres of fabric are needed per chair? I intend to get a plain fabric with no pattern.
Hi Neil this is very helpful thank you. How did you make the back cover with the piping, is there a separate video please? Do you need to use piping for the edges? Gill
Hi Gill - yes this one had piping sewn into the back - if I didn’t show it on this video, I’ve uploaded a few recently showing how to sew and attach piping…the concept is very similar. Hope this helps!
Hi Margot - apologies for the delay in replying. I’ve uploaded a few videos recently on how to sew piping around curves… hopefully you find them helpful 😊👍🏻

@@icarus0823 I’m in the UK unfortunately! It’s a fabric by Romo - hope that helps 😊👍🏻 but thank you for the kind comments, it means a lot!
Great video! Thank you but I have a question. Do yo need to us a stretchy fabric to get it over the back?
Not necessarily, just needs to be cut and sewn very well. 🤟✂️🪡🧵📐

Sorry Andy these chairs were done nearly 3 years ago. Drop me an email and ill try and advise. Info@faceliftinteriors.co.uk
Hi there, thank you for this video, I have a question if you could answer, am I able to reupholstered a solid dining chair?
Fab tutorial! I’m guessing you had to use FR fabric, foam and Dacron?
Yes absolutely! Always follow the regulations 👍😁
Thanks a lot for the video. It was very helpful. Could you confirm how many metres of fabric are needed per chair? I intend to get a plain fabric with no pattern.
Hi there! Thanks for watching, I’m glad you found it helpful. It was roughly a metre and a half per chair. Hope this helps 😊👍🏻

I have the same question, but more in regard to how you managed the turn at the top - must have been tricky!

Do you measure the seat with any extra room for it to wrap underneath?
Hi Iva, yes I allow two inches either side, which allows you to staple off underneath 😊👍🏻
My toxic trait is thinking I will be able to this, and make it look as good, on my first try and in just a couple hours...
🤣🤣 you never know 😜
You talk too fast. And yes, I know I can slow it down. But in order to follow you, I would have liked it a bit slower.
Thanks Fran - you’re not the first person to say I talk too fast! I will try to slow down in future
