    TH-cam has changed the way they monetize my content. My channel now needs 1,000 subscribers so it would be amazing if you could show your support by both watching my videos and subscribing to my channel! Monetizing my videos allows me to invest back into the channel with new equipment to improve the viewing quality so a small gesture from you goes a huge way for me 😊 Many thanks for your support!

      @@faceliftinteriors i see your channel grows very quickly. Do you advertise your videos?

    • @faceliftinteriors
      @faceliftinteriors  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @DirtySnale I did on one of my videos once but didn’t do it through google ads and it didn’t really help me so haven’t tried again. I find the trick is to upload frequently (the same day each week) and the TH-cam algorithm picks up your channel and recommends your videos to more and more viewers. I still have a lot of videos with not many views but some of my videos have really started to gain some momentum which is bringing in the subscribers. Slowly but surely! Lol
      Have you tried to advertise as your videos have done really well on views?

    • @DirtySnales
      @DirtySnales 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@faceliftinteriors i do advertise once i upload a video so it looks better on views and have a little kick start. I have one video which is doing ok and the rest of them a bit slow but hoping it will be much better once i upload more. Time is not on my side so can not upload as many videos as i want or a frequent as i want. I might have one video ready on the weekend but i did say that 4 weekends ago :D I am glad you are growing that fast mate and keep the videos coming as you are my favorite upholstery channel.

    • @faceliftinteriors
      @faceliftinteriors  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @DirtySnale I don’t doubt as soon as you start uploading a bit more your channel with start growing quickly - your videos are really high quality and your editing is really great 👍🏻 You’ve done really well getting the amount of subs you have with as many videos you’ve uploaded...it took me about 20 vids for something to start happening for me 🤣 I will be keeping an eye out for your new video at the weekend, I’ve been looking forward to it for 4 weeks! Haha! I feel like my channel has taken a really long time to start growing - I uploaded my first video in October 2019! But I’ve only recently in the last few months been uploading once a week and I’ve really noticed a difference. Thanks for all your support mate I will be paying it back to you for sure! 👍🏻

    Thanks a lot for the video. It was very helpful. Could you confirm how many metres of fabric are needed per chair? I intend to get a plain fabric with no pattern.

      Hi there! Thanks for watching, I’m glad you found it helpful. It was roughly a metre and a half per chair. Hope this helps 😊👍🏻

    Hi Neil this is very helpful thank you. How did you make the back cover with the piping, is there a separate video please? Do you need to use piping for the edges? Gill

      I have the same question, but more in regard to how you managed the turn at the top - must have been tricky!

    • @faceliftinteriors
      @faceliftinteriors  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Gill - yes this one had piping sewn into the back - if I didn’t show it on this video, I’ve uploaded a few recently showing how to sew and attach piping…the concept is very similar. Hope this helps!

    Do you measure the seat with any extra room for it to wrap underneath?

    • @faceliftinteriors
      @faceliftinteriors  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Iva, yes I allow two inches either side, which allows you to staple off underneath 😊👍🏻
