- Watch as we stroll through the Krakow Poland Christmas Market, better known as the Rynek Główn or the main square in Krakow. It is a beautiful Polish Christmas market in a fantastic setting.
We visit many of the Krakow Christmas market stalls. It is one of must visit Christmas markets in December and should be on your things to do in Poland or things to do in Krakow if you are visiting.
The Kraków Christmas market is by far one of the most well-known and popular European Christmas Market destinations. Visiting Krakow in winter is a whole new experience. Krakow in December is beautiful, with all the Christmas decorations hung up around the city.

Great tour of the Christmas market…enjoyed it very much. I visited Krakow once in the summer and loved it. I am an American living with my Polish husband in Warsaw, Poland. Every city has beautiful places to visit. Loving this country. Only it is a little too cold.😎

Beautiful city! My mother’s family is from this area. Unfortunately, I really don’t know anything about her family as they were very secretive and the elders are all deceased 😢. Her surname was Cholewinski. Would love to visit someday as it is truly beautiful! ❤ Merry Christmas

The food section seems to be really popular as usual. The traditional local character has changed though, the Christmas market has become more multi-cultural. By the way "langosz" is a traditional Hungarian food. The bauble shop is the best. Thanks Ged for showing our beautiful Krakow and its Christmas tradition.😍😍😍

I,m coming with my wife in christmas 2024 confirmed,a very sad city is krakow, during the war.The town of oswiecim in upper silesia not to far away.
The best, welcoming you in Kraków, are out of order "automatically moving stairs" on railway/bus station.
Since years oldery people have to carry up theirs suitcases climbing the normal stairs!
I make the best bigos and the best pierogi at home. But before Christmas it's nice to eat bigos or pierogi at the Christmas market among the crowd of strangers fans of traditional polish food.

The Cinnamon Rolls are The Best In Krakow. Never Tasted Anything like it. Unbelievable.

Langosz is a hungarian street food. I think that, besides them being delicious, people buy sheeps cheeses because it's the only affordable food thing on this market. Last year after a couple of beers i ordered two sausages. They wanted 140 zł lol with ketchup, mustard and bread priced separately. It broke the christmass charm for me ; )

My grandparents are polish (rzeszow + Bialystok) and my babcia always only ever made Ukrainian borscht and she always made the point that is was Ukrainian borscht recipe and not polish.
Never knew why and unfortunately can’t ask her now :(

Ceny chyba bardzo wysokie .Piękne moje miasto jak zawsze ,ale ludzi jakoś mniej.W porównaniu do Kanadyjczyków to Polacy ubrani jak arystokracja.Tu to chodzą jak pastuchy przy krowach a tyle ,miliony ubrań ,ubutow w sklepach.W Toronto to jedynie w Eaton Centre jakis poziom,reszta to pastuchów a tu jeżdżą bardzo dobrymi markami samochodów .To się chwali,super marki ,duże a nie usteczka jak w całej Europie😮
The market can of course be more expensive than elsewhere in Krakow but prices are still good comparatively to other countries etc etc
