An important leadership skill is the commitment to improve and develop people, to discover qualities in them that they didn’t know they have

    Conclusion
    1. DON'T AVOID CONFLICTS by not opening up, instead OPEN UP
    2. Be transperant, generous to get accountability
    3. To get higher post act like the one even when you dont have that post. ( Understand role of your senior/ dream post n try to be worthy of it )
In other words :- VISUALISE uy DREAM FUTURE. ( stage 5 of 6 phase meditation)

The next thing is it's all on you.
Your job as a leader isn't whether someone will accept that or not. You have to work hard to those relationships, to serve those individuals to achieve the mission you care about. [If u are a leader, leadership is difficult.]
