Do you have any videos on how to replace the base?
If your collar is rusted, good luck following this procedure. Order a new collar too. Take off the 4 bolts and replace the whole thing. Also, if you need to repair the tire (I.e. replace valve stem) just take off the 4 bolts. The whole assembly will come off. Much easier.
What PSI should the tire be aired up to?
17 PSI
Anyone know what the typical cost of a tire replacement would be? Does the tire get replaced with the rim or can the tire be replaced and remounted to the rim?
In Australia it is currently $532.40 to replace a tyre/rim
From jugs the cost is $150+
THe hub did not come with my replacement wheel. Can you do a video that shows how to put the old hub onto a new wheel?
You can call Matt at 1-800-547-6843 and he can go over it with you. I believe it's a matter of loosening the Allen head screw.

The hub in the video came off very easily. This is probably due to the fact that the machine is newer than most of the machines in our league and it has probably been used mainly indoors. Even employing the tip about spreading hub along the split did not work well with a rusted shaft. Removing the lug bolts and re-using the same hub seems to be a viable option.
