John, are Americans pronouncing Countach wrong when we say it as “Countosh” or is Valentino Balboni’s pronunciation wrong how he says it at around 2:40 in the video linked below? th-cam.com/video/aC0j17r2VPU/w-d-xo.html
I saw you guys in Asheville. As you guys went by I was jealously pointing and saying, "Hate, Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate!!" 😉🤣
What i just realized, besides really loving John`s Videos and all these background stories about finding rare supercars: He is a really good storyteller ! The way he talks, the voice, his charisma and personality. More than just a supercar dealer.
Every time I hear this guy speak, it becomes more obvious that he's driven by a passion for these vehicles moreso than just for money. Really refreshing attitude.
the ultimate client building experience for John. brilliant! most marketing stunts dont make money BUT if done right they propel the brand higher. i got a feeling in 5 to 10 years. John can start his own auction house and since he build all these relationship with very well of customers they might come to him before they go to the other major auction places.
That dark copper with gold rims looks so sick on the Countach. If I happened to see this parade of my all time favorite car drive by, I think I would blink out of existence
Been to car week many times. I’m crying because I was on vacation while this was happening 40 mins from me. I can’t even imagine how awesome this was to experience in person. So Legendary.
Late last year, you guys did a similar rally here in western NC that went directly past my house (Rugby Rd, not far from Horse Shoe Farm). I had no idea that it was happening, so you can imagine how surprised I was to first HEAR - - then SEE the incredible group of cars that had been assembled. Multiple Countaches, Diablos, F50s, F40s, Testarossas, 911s - - even a bonkers XJR-15. I was the guy who ran out in my boxers, partially hungover, mouth agape, with a cup of coffee in hand ha ha. Without a doubt one of the coolest, most unexpected experiences of my life so far. If you'll accept a lowly 360 into the mix, I'd love to join you guys next time you're in the area. Love your business, YT channel, and general passion for these cars John - keep it up!!
Ed, please put up a video of this rally. This is more than like a once in a life time event in the US. If I missed it, I'm sorry in advance. Be blessed brother
If you can, I highly recommend going on a rally that is just for your car. I went to a mr2 meet a couple weeks ago called mr2 freedom and we had the best time ever. Everyone owns the same car as you and you get to talk about one of your favorite things (for me a 88 mk1b supercharged) for an entire day.
I was in Switzerland two weeks ago. On the highway was a bunch of about 100 Porsche of all models driving. That was absolutely awesome to see. I only ride on two wheels, but I LOVE a well build beautiful Car!
In Puerto Rico there’s just a few supercars, but I’ve seen a red countach, a green SVJ and a blue 488 Pista and they’re stunning, can’t imagine seeing a tom of them together
IMO the Countach is one of the coolest cars ever made. If I could have any 5 cars, one of them would be a Countach (the same model/colors/spec/etc as the one in the opening scene of the first Canonball Run movie)
John always has wonderful stories and it’s so nice to see a dream like that come true where you’re actually hosting the car rally and have a whole support team. Hopefully I’ll get to be a part of some rally one day!
Its videos and individuals like John that help breakdown the stereotypes of people who have the opportunity to own such beautiful cars. Love the Video John Temerian!
So what you're saying is a countach can't make it more than a few hundred miles without having a breakdown. Would love to see what happens at a countach track day
Kinda sounds like most of the issues were PM ones - unflushed brakes, dried out coolant hoses, etc. Do a rally for 40 year old garage queen Toyotas, you're going to have the same result.
Valentino Balboni doesn’t pronounce the name Countach as “Countosh”. I’ve heard him say this word in interviews several times. Either John Temerian is mispronouncing it or Valentino Balboni is mispronouncing because they are miles apart and they both can’t be correct.
Sure wish that the missing Countach Turbo could have made it to the rally. The most interesting cars make it through Curated. Cheers John. I'm very happy with what AutoTempest has made personally. I don't usually talk about sponsors, but I'm quite happy with having an easier time searching for cars. Only thing I wish is that they reached a few more outlets. Only thing I wish is that they included more listing sites like Bring a Trailer, Cars and Bids, carwow, etc. I search for Dodge Vipers like you search for Murcielagos on it. I'd love to see it expand to include more outlets. It's a really good tool.
Ed... John Temerian makes great videos.....And no British accent to deal with and the steering wheels are always on the correct side.....As the Universe likes it....
looking at some these pictures it warms my heart, in a way when ferrari did their event from 250s to the f40 f50s, lamborghini is the king to me not scuderia ferrari
I was the guy in Asheville pointing as you guys went by saying, "Hate, Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate!! 😉🤣
The stupidity of supercar owners is astounding. None of them that I know of are designed to be DRIVEN. They break down constantly and have far too many issues, and cost far far too much to fix. The only reason yall buy them is out of ego. Hey I get it, I think they look awesome, but I would never own one. There is a youngman on TH-cam that bought one with a bad engine and is LS swapping it. That was the smartest move i have seen.
Lol you sound jealous. All cars are designed to be driven and supercars are more fun the harder you drive them. Not everything needs to have a 10/10 in practicality. There's nothing wrong with buying an expensive car because you can. Sometimes you want to show off. It's only natural.
Some of our finest days. Thank you to everyone who took part!

@@Lettuce-and-Tomatoesyes they all say it wrong, it's Com-taTch it's exactly like Valentino says it
John stop calling it a Cooontaahhjjjee it's Con-taTch.
3:42 This Countach is awesome. Almost looks like a land speed build. Love the look of it.
What i just realized, besides really loving John`s Videos and all these background stories about finding rare supercars:

support truck was genius. Doesn’t matter what kind of car when they are that old and not driven a lot shit will happen. Great story JT!
Not driven is the part that matters the most.
Every time I hear this guy speak, it becomes more obvious that he's driven by a passion for these vehicles moreso than just for money. Really refreshing attitude.
It’s heartwarming to see young guys like John and his crew carrying the torch for these cars.

Thanks John. Congratulations on your Rally success it must have been a great experience for everyone.
Damn that’s beautiful, all the cars with the doors up, the engines rumbling and revving!!
The support vehicles were a brilliant idea! Thanks John!!
That's straight passion from the heart, whenever John speaks.
Beyond grateful to have filmed this incredible once in a lifetime event in Asheville. Great video guys
This event makes me wish I hadn't sold my Diablo Roadster to Patrick Adair. Hmmm....
The VT roadster would be my child hood dream (achievable) car
MR2s are cheap, fibreglass is cheap, and there are plenty of instructions online...
🤡
Go rewatch his updates... you'll get over it real quick 🤣
Ed can we please get another Garadge appraisal episode. Pretty Please. lol
sad that you feel the need to tell people you used to have a diablo.
John is one of the best story tellers on vinwiki. Please keep bring him on to make videos

Yes, John you are crazy. A wonderful kind of crazy that creates amazing events like this. Keep it up my friend!
Love that they got to drive some of those roads we love between HMB and Monterey!
Temerian. Favorite car youtuber, curator, vintage car seller, IG car influencer, and guest on vin wiki.
So I work right next to the Ritz in Half Moon Bay and had the pleasure of seeing these cars. Spectacular display of vehicles for sure.
Ed, please put up a video of this rally. This is more than like a once in a life time event in the US. If I missed it, I'm sorry in advance. Be blessed brother
There are videos on John's channel @CuratedTV
That sunburnt orange countach is beautiful.
Definitely looks awesome

Congratulations John what a legend you are, Rj in Oz
IMO the Countach is one of the coolest cars ever made. If I could have any 5 cars, one of them would be a Countach (the same model/colors/spec/etc as the one in the opening scene of the first Canonball Run movie)
Always love John's stories.
neat to be able to realize those childhood dreams, for everyone 😊
Wow - what an awesome rally. Safe to say there was multiple goosebump moments throughout that event
John always tells a great story!!! Thanks John & Ed!!! 🎈🎉
John is one of the best!
Absolutely love his passion for the Countaches 🙂
This is marketing done right!
Would love to something like this with my 82 Jalpa prototype!
Fantastic gathering! I wish to participate it one day
Imagine being on a road trip and encountering a Countach Convoy. You must've blown some minds
I do love John’s stories but I wish he would get one of his talented technicians to adjust his watch band so it fits.
Great day ahead since vinwiki uploaded
Lots of great days ahead!
@@VINwiki Looking forward to it!
It looks like you have a lot of professional looking videos from the rally. Can we see them?
Nice story…well done….what an adventure to put on!
My neighbor has a yellow countach next to a red Ferrari 🔥🔥
John always has wonderful stories and it’s so nice to see a dream like that come true where you’re actually hosting the car rally and have a whole support team. Hopefully I’ll get to be a part of some rally one day!
This shouldn’t disappoint. 👌🏻
so cool but unfortunately im still in the poster phase, the dream never happened for me but this vid was very cool
What's the story behind the streamlined one? It looks super cool.
The Countach perfecly embodies the Lambo-Insanity.
Ed, don’t ever put some a-hole in a Balenciaga shirt in my face again.
I will second that 100%.
I wish I had known you were here! I live near Asheville!
Best 80's and 90's car show ever is called "Radwood" if it's in your area need to go
I live like one minute from the ritz in hmb I remember this lol
The double silver gives me goosebumps but the bronze has me making inappropriate noises every time!
I had a poster of one when I was younger . I'm almost 50 years young and still haven't seen one in person. 😢
did you see how Taylor Hoover how Somoothley Enter the Countach for the tall people it is always an issue! 3:28
Ed can we please get another Garadge appraisal episode. Pretty Please. lol
Such a positive event and video 👍
What routes did you take on the two rally trips?
Its videos and individuals like John that help breakdown the stereotypes of people who have the opportunity to own such beautiful cars. Love the Video John Temerian!
As a kid in the 80s I had a Countash poster on my wall and I was naive enough to think I would own one when I grew up. Lord how wrong I was😅
So what you're saying is a countach can't make it more than a few hundred miles without having a breakdown. Would love to see what happens at a countach track day
Kinda sounds like most of the issues were PM ones - unflushed brakes, dried out coolant hoses, etc. Do a rally for 40 year old garage queen Toyotas, you're going to have the same result.
I love this channel.
John is first class all things Lamborghini
That was you i photograph all the cars in Asheville
That's funny, I went into real estate because I have a dream of owning a 1998 Lamborghini Diablo SV
Very cool sir. 😎
Well I know the yellow XJR did because I towed it back to NY
What's the story on the Diablo with he PS2 sticker?
3:44 what is this variant?
If I remember correctly, it was raced at Bonneville Salt Flats in the late 80s. Sure looks like a fiero front nose piece to these old eyes...
Selling my one of one Honda HRV any takers
dang i wish id known about the one in asheville, thats not far from me.
Valentino Balboni doesn’t pronounce the name Countach as “Countosh”. I’ve heard him say this word in interviews several times. Either John Temerian is mispronouncing it or Valentino Balboni is mispronouncing because they are miles apart and they both can’t be correct.
How does Mr Balboni pronounce it?
Boom
"Iconic"
"My personal countach at the time"
Please marry me
10th 🥲🥲🥲
No Farah? Did you get a cease and desist from the Countach Union? 😅
Sure wish that the missing Countach Turbo could have made it to the rally. The most interesting cars make it through Curated. Cheers John.

Its literally no way you can call a car "sort of reliable " if you have 20 of them and 6-7 have an issue 😂
Rich asses!!!😂
Gahd I wish I had big money.
Yeah buddddyyyyyy
looking at some these pictures it warms my heart, in a way when ferrari did their event from 250s to the f40 f50s, lamborghini is the king to me not scuderia ferrari
A lot of hurting backs and sore ankles 😅
Where does John work again????
We are curated in Miami , Fl . I think its in the Wynwood area .
What’s the story of the red Countach that looks like it has a “superbird “ nose?
I was the guy in Asheville pointing as you guys went by saying, "Hate, Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate Hate!! 😉🤣
0:06 I bet 60% on the post before the video was posted. Let’s see how I did
I wish I could afford a car… 😞
My man John wearing Balenciaga… 😢
morning
Is temperamental a word for junk and unreliable?
First, sweet
No Lamborghini is "vintage" as that term only applies to cars built before 1930
Lol!!
Zzz...
You need a Genius Garge segment. Of the students not Casey.
Balenciaga Boy again. Come on, John. You have to know what Balenciaga is about. Quit advertising for a company like that. It's just plain evil.
