Hi Mai! This recipe looks like a special one. All of the aromatics to poach the chicken, leaving broth that must be liquid gold, tender chicken, and yummy ginger garlic rice, is very appealing to me, especially with the presentation. We are in the middle of a snow storm that will go through the weekend. I have everything to make this except the mushroom seasoning. Rendering 2 tablespoons of chicken oil from a small amount of chicken fat and using the oil to saute the garlic, ginger, and rice before adding the chicken broth is the magic.
