A life is worth 25 years? That's a real shame for our criminal justice system. That is not justice for the victim.
The system is broken.
This smug punk deserves worse than whatever fate he'll face in prison.
I'm also a black kid I just turned 20 and I know I'm nobody or just a random guy but I really really want this guy to spend more than 52 years in
Jupiter's Light You are somebody. You have a good head on your shoulders. Don't let the stereotypes keep you from becoming who you dream of being! Best of luck!
Just remember that remorseless behavior is color blind. Charles Manson, and his group of psychos immediately come to mind.
@@debcarpenter8519 that's right bro.
Young man. You are who you decide to be. Figure out exactly what you want to do and then........DO IT!
Each of us IS.....The sum total of our actions one by one and day by day! Solomon said:" As a man thinks in his heart the so shall he be"
Focus on what you want and you will have it.....
But beware...Focus on what you DON'T want and guess what?
You will have it! Peace.
“I know I’m nobody”if you know you’re nobody then why are you passing judgement on somebody? Stay in your place.
YEA" that toned you down, didnt it!
Your victim got life so should you.
Still SMILING!
I understand that " an eye for an eye will leave the world blind".
But also feel "life for a life" is necessary when people can laugh and joke in these situations
We’ll said
“Ill be home soon” : in 23 years 😂😂😂😂
He was afraid and inappropriately smiled during the victims statement to him. He was afraid when the judge was going to dismiss the agreement and go to trail, but he wasn't smiling then.
Helena E. exactly! and his verbal response was flippant, as well - the only remorse he had was in making the judge angry
He’s 17 ? All you fathers out there, be a father.
And the mothers be a mother... it is just not having someone under the same roof
Andres Vanpelt yes, but boys need their father. Doesn’t matter if the mother is there Or not, a son needs his father.
My doggo smiles when shes done someting bad ( only acceptable/ forgivable smile )
A dog has more sense than this thug. I wouldn't treat him as well as a dog, and I don't particularly care for dogs.
@@ffjsb Remember when everyone went wild over referring to these criminals as thugs? Happy to see it back in the comments lately. These people who commit these atrocities and criminal acts are animal thugs. Nothing more. Nothing less.
My DOGGO smiles when see sees a hoodie wearing. Thug she might be able to eat...
None of you know what that dude is dealing with internally but yet pass judgements. All of you are going to yail.
@@Ena48145 i think its because alot people view the word thug as a slick way to basically say the n word without actually saying it. Which i guess there is some truth to because people are almost always referring to a black person when they say thug. Not that i care i just think thats the perception
lmaoo his face change when the judge said he could make him do life in prison
the compassion the family still showed him after he took their sons life .... wow
Big Bird turned into Chicken Little when the judge started speaking. 😂
He won’t be smiling in prison.
@Ruben Elenez aside from the ones getting released, the guys who go through the back door are the only happy inmates.
His mom: "Hee Good Boy" his father: "...unknown..."
His smile came off real quick when he realized he could spend the rest of his life in prison!
He stopped "smiling for fear" really quickly though....
He could laugh all he want right now, but won't be laughing later
Lol when he whispered “can you help me” to his lawyer and his lawyer shook his head
"You won't get the luxury of raising your child because you took mine away". Yea he totally looks like he would raise his kid if he had one.
maaaan, this judge is too lenient
When the judge was talking about reversing the sentence, the dude’s attorney was looking like 😬😬
He knew what that thug was going to say and he had a feeling of where that was going. He looked like he gave up when he walked away.
I see dudes with that same attitude every day
Modern society
so you are in prison also? jk dude i feel you 100%

My Halloween pic. You don’t know me.

The family is amazing for forgiving him.
Did this fool just say he would be home soon? His mom must be proud.
So scared he pulled the trigger and killed a young man and he killed him execution style. This young man is nothing but a bully and he's going to be nothing but a pretty boy in prison.
Love the kids face when the judge threatens to reject the agreement!! 😂
I would've ripped that smile right off his face
"emotional problems", didnt know animals do have this
xoxSincerely_Samanthaxox ok becky 😂
@@stormgetsbilled6309 😂😂😂 I've done worse
xoxSincerely_Samanthaxox You're all tough sitting behind that key pad. The guy shot a dude in the back of his head. You think he is going to let you get near his face lmao..What are you 12?
@j j keep thinking that😉😘
Nope. I see a defendant smiling while the family of the people he murdered are speaking, I'd stop everything and give him the absolute maximum sentence
Should have requested that the judge ask the defendant to remove the obnoxious smirk from his face.
Hes not ever coming home!
Hope not
He will be home in 10 years
Guarantee you they gave him the plea deal and he serves 10-15 years max
@@Taydrum They already said the deal was he can serve 25-52 years
Not up to you.
love the look on this thugs face when he hears judge say he may not accept the agreement
“I’ll be home soon”
If soon is in 50 years, then sure. But by then, you’ll probably be coming home in a body bag because you’ll die in there.
50 years have of his family will be dead
@Hubby Bubby Never know, after 10 years he will not survive, his smart mouth will get him ganked!
No i like to think he lives. If you were 50 years in the future with nothing would you like it?
a forced apology is worthless. Dude should have told the family how the victim suffered and begged for his life while dying.
“Your honor my client is 17 years old, very stupid and very impulsive. But maybe cut him a break”
He’s a guy no one will miss and I’d be surprised if he makes it out.
I loved the way his smile dropped though, bless the family they got more forgiveness than I ever will have 🙏
So was he still just a nervous and scared kid when I jumped on the mic to confidently shout out to his family to say he will be home soon??? personally, I hope he doesn't make it home.
He stopped smiling when he realized the judge didn't have to accept the plea deal. Thats when he really got scared.
His lawyer just lied in court. Danta has no remorse. Hope he serves the full 52.
I'm sorry about their loss, but I'm disgusting by their misinterpretation of forgiveness, when he gets out again if he gets out, who's to say he will kill my child ?
What do you mean by that?
Exactly, letting him go means giving him a chance to kill somebody 's child.
@@zkeeprhow do you not understand 💀
Kid: went from 0-100 real quick on the mic.
Judge: let me bring you from 100-0 real quick.
Kid: confused of what actually hit him in a blink of an eye.
He was “scared” when the judge said he’s throwing out the plea deal. If he smiles when he’s scared, why wasn’t he smiling then?
For the same reason you and me don't smile when we are scared
It's all Fun & games until that tougher inmate smiles as he removes your clothes.
One hour? I'd straight up tell the attorney to ask the judge to reject the plea deal within seconds of getting into the room to discuss it.
1:35 the look on his counsel is priceless 😂
He lookin like “hmmmm, should I have a burger for lunch, or chicken? 🤔 Ooooo no I’ll have some pasta o yiss”
I hope he gets all of 52 years..if he survives that long in prison.
@O Yup, 25 years half time, 12.5 years plus time served. He'll probably be out before then.
After that display, he’s doing 52 years. When he gets out, he’s going to look like Morgan Freeman in Shawshank Redemption.
Sherry Silver How am I insulting him? I love Morgan Freeman. I think he’s one of the best actors ever. If you read my full comment, you would have seen that I said he would look like Morgan “In Shawshank Redemption.” In that movie, they made him look like a tired, old prisoner. He did a great job in that role. So please read the entire comment next time.
@@TampaJohn he meant don't insult him by comparing him to a disgrace of a human
Jr Reacts Thanks for telling what “I meant”. However, I told him what I meant.
He wasn't smiling, he just had to uphold his image, but behind those bars he cried like a baby.
As soon as the defense attorney uttered the words "meant no disrespect" the attorney should have been jailed for contempt. Don't even try it, man.
He is so scared after the judge told him that he will go to prison for ever
I'm pretty sure he didn't want to raise his child anyway...
My heart goes out to the victims family. The hatred would be like a cancer that eats you alive. God bless that family.
Nope, their compassion will be someone else misery. By letting him off easily, he will soon be out taking someone else life. Its stupidity. There is a difference between moment of folly and evil.
That kid doesn’t sound like he has any remorse for what he did.
